Great service would recommend
Absolute no brainer to get your kit from here!
Absolutely brilliant! Nice one stop shop to save hours trapsimg around shops and comparing prices, also know you're going to get quality items! Nice to have the couple extra items which aren't on the kit list too!
Brilliant!!!!
I bought the premium package from Supply Drop in preparation for my entry into the RAF. The kit list given to you is quite hefty and would take a lot of time to find all the items you need. I found this site and didn't hesitate to purchase as the price is much lower than you can get elsewhere and it saves you the time of having to get everything together. The shipping time is also brilliant and all the kit is nicely organised. I had a small problem with one items missing however I got in contact with them through the website and it was sorted out straight away! Great customer service and great products!!! Highly recommend to anyone joining the military!!!
The one-stop-shop for Basic Training kit lists.
I'm joining the military and needed to purchase a couple of dozen items from my issued kit list in the midst of the Covid-19 outbreak. I couldn't get to any major shops and so my first port of call was Amazon, however, only a handful of items would have guaranteed delivery before my BRTC start date. Naturally I was anxious about turning up on Day 00 without all the items on the kit list. Then I came across Supply Drop after searching for alternative e-tailers.
The website is nice and clean and their Premium Package has all the items written in my kit list for one price. Better still: I'd cherry picked the items I needed when I initially went browsing on Amazon and when compared to the Premium Package not only was it cheaper than that Amazon shopping cart, I was also getting a lot more items. The value for money on the Premium Pack from Supply Drop is second to none, with free delivery on orders over £50.
I placed my order on Monday, the day the Government announced the Covid-19 Lockdown, and received my delivery on Thursday. Considering an on-going pandemic and lockdown policies, Supply Drop managed to deliver a huge box full of over 100 items essential for basic training which is a genuinely impressive feat. I can't thank the team at Supply Drop enough for the high quality service they provide.
Inside the big box were smaller boxes with contents organised by type e.g. bootcare, laundry. The items were all packed nice and neatly and I was pleased to see there wasn't any one-use packing materials. No items were damaged and everything seems to be of high quality. I can't wait to get into training now, knowing that I'm all sorted on the kit front.
In closing, I 100% recommend Supply Drop's Premium Package to everyone about to start basic training. Excellent value for money, rapid delivery time, neatly packaged high quality items, and a proportion of profits being donated to military charities like the RAFBF is the icing on the cake. Seriously, if you or a loved one is about to go into basic training, Supply Drop is the one-stop-shop to get everything you need, hassle free. Absolutely perfect service.
Wow wow wow
Wow wow wow. Such an amazing company run by lovely people. Nice young lad called Lewis personally dropped us our package as we had trouble with Hermes, who couldn’t deliver the parcel so the staff here were determined to get us our order before my sons training. Definitely would recommend to anyone as the equipment is high quality and very very reliable.

Excellent Supply Drop Experience
Excellent online shopping experience. The online assistant was very helpful in guiding us through Klarna set up and promptly answering any questions we had. We ordered the Premium Package on a Friday morning and it was with us by 10:00 Monday morning. The kit is very good quality and all organised into labelled boxes. I now have an account with Supply Drop and follow them on Instagram and Facebook. I recommend to anyone joining the forces, they have saved myself and my son hours and hours trying to source the required RAF BRTC kit requirements. Needless to say they also saved us money and stress trying to source all of the products individually, ourselves. Brilliant ...Thank you Supply Drop.

Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service from Lewis. Parcelforce let us down with the delivery, he chased every day, kept us up to speed, then when we knew Parcelforce would not deliver in time Lewis met us in person near RAF Halton to give us the kit just in time for my son's basic training. Absolutely first class.
