Supply leader is a stingy platform that never gave me a refund of £160 even though I've never used the platform and canceled my subscription 2 days after the payment was taken on top of that I've been requesting for a refund for months it took them months to reply and them don't they cant give me a refund.

Premium Pricing yet poor customer/service quality
I had high expectations for this subscription, but both the customer service and overall service quality have been major disappointments. For the price, the service simply does not deliver the value one would expect. Out of five manager requests, only two have been completed, while the remaining three have gone unfulfilled for 14 business days (They state it should only be 4 business days). Throughout this frustrating ordeal, customer service has stuck to the same ineffective response—apologizing and escalating the ticket—without offering a real solution or insight to what is happening. My ticket has been escalated at least five to nine times, yet there has been no progress. The prolonged delays have negatively affected my operations. Despite these issues, the concept behind the service is promising, and I genuinely hope Supply Leader addresses its internal shortcomings to provide a service that reflects its premium pricing.
5/9/2025 UPDATE: Supply Leader responded to my original review. I believe it requries a reply. They state in their reply that in order to find some kind of resolution they have requested my email through Trustpilot. I have NOT received any communication from Trustpilot of them attempting to do this. I also very much doubt they will attempt to find a resolution. Upon cancelling my subscription they terminated the 3 pending manager cases. If they really cared they would resolve the cases instead of cancelling them even if my subscription is cancelled. I typically don't keep up with reviews I make, but I will not let my post be used for deception purposes.

I was charged £185 instead of the expected £73 — a serious overcharge. On top of that, the assigned manager was slow and unhelpful, and I couldn’t access the product I subscribed for. I cancelled within the 7-day window as per the refund policy and am still waiting for my full refund. Very disappointing experience overall.

Game-changer service for me
This service turned out to be a game-changer for me. I've been selling on amazon for quite a while, and even with my extencive experience, finding reliable suppliers was always a struggle. Recently, I realized that my product was about to go out of stock. Using this service, the whole process was so straightforward that I couldn't believe it at first. But seriously, I quickly found a supplier for travel-sized shampoo bottles and other toiletry containers that I needed. Negotiating product customization and improvements with the supplier was super easy.
They also handled everything needed to prepare my products for amazon sales at no extra cost, and my items were sent straight to amazon's warehouse. Another thing I really appreciate is that you don't need the highest subscription tier if you're building your own brand. The business plan had everything I needed, and it worked perfectly for me. I'm confident I'll stick with this service moving forward and won't look anywhere else.
