Didn’t have a great experience with the self blood sampling initially. However, they called me noticing the issue and offered a few solutions how to get the blood to them.

So far, I notice very thoughtful and caring team behind. Looking forward to get the full analysis soon too.

It was great to have some reassurance that I wasn’t going to have to live on a restrictive diet and it’s ok to still have some of the foods identified in moderation . Oliver was friendly and knowledgeable

Either I cannot eat anything but meat or these tests are inaccurate, I thought it may help me but seriously, no pasta rice wheat, yeast, gluten, dairy potatoes,peas,
Beans, lentils, lettuce…fish and meat is fine but can you link be
Off of meet and fish alone..maybe I’m just very unlucky but I really doubt these results

Little bit apprehensive as it was a little more costly than i would have ordinarily spent on myself but worth every penny. The kit itself was easy to do, the report easy to follow and booking in to speak to one of the team was easy too! Booked in with Kieran and also felt this was so valuable. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The only criticism I have relates to the diet plan. It just felt a little bit generic.

Amazing experience! The whole process was so efficient from receiving the test kit to receiving the results and having the call with Joanna to discuss my results. Joanna was super helpful in helping me find alternatives for the foods I am intolerant to and explaining my intolerances to me.
