HP's communication system is completely broken. When ordering the sales rep does not cover their hidden policies. When you try to escalate a situation you get a supervisor who does nothing or cannot... See more

My printer suddenly stopped printing…
My printer suddenly stopped printing via wi fi from my phone. I was unable to select my printer model because it was not listed. I tried to reset the printer to factory settings but again my printer was not listed. Today at 1pm I contacted technical support . At 5.30 pm I was still being asked the same questions as 4 hours previously.. it took 10 to 15 mins for a reply because they were "assisting" with other people's problems too!! No wonder they couldn't remember what I had told them.
So, after nearly 5 miserable hours I needed to go out. HP are a total waste of time!! I would never recommend them and will be off to buy a Canon printer tomorrow.
They should be ashamed of themselves
AVOID HP LIKE THE PLAGUE
The worst technical support and customer service I have ever dealt with! No resolution to my issue since I last spoke to them on Dec. 09. Technical support is completely useless. They will just transfer you to different technicians saying the next tech is an expert on my issue. HP will sell you an annual support plan before fixing the current issue, and after signing up for the support plan, their solution to your current problem is "You should upgrade to/purchase a newer HP printer as your HP Envy 6400 is not functioning properly, no software solution, and is no longer under warranty". After complaining, HP Customer service agreed to refund majority of the support plan fee back in October 2022. It's been 2 months and no refund yet. According to HP, the delay in the refund is the fault of my credit card company since I disputed the charge. The dispute has been released since we agreed on the refund but more delaying tactics from HP. Lastly, avoid the instant ink plan! It's a scam!
Whatsapp customer service is completely…
Whatsapp customer service is completely useless... Just try to phone in if you want anything handled. Still not sure you get it but Whatsapp just keeps wasting your time and sends you in circles then explain why they're just not gonna help you anyways...
GREAT EXPERIENCE
GREAT EXPERIENCE! HP actually pulled through with their warranty and despite a little delay they actually honoured they and did not blame the customer. They replaced my OMEN which was still under warranty and for the most part everything went smoothly. I come from dealing with ASUS warranty in the past which was a nightmare and a bunch of crooks who blame the customer and you're helpless. in contrast my first dealings with HP warranty went really well
Support is useless
Support is useless. You just go around in circles never able to "Contact" via email or phone. HP Support might as well be inaccessible because it's a waste of time sending you on a maze you never escape from.
oh my...I didn't know support was so…
oh my...I didn't know support was so bad. I have reached out to live chat, messenger, twitter. Someone wake me... I must be dreaming.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SUPPORT SYSTEM
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SUPPORT SYSTEM OF EVERYTHING THAT I TRIED IN MY WHOLE LIFE. I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM THEM, JUST TO NOT DEAL WITH RUDE, NOT PROFESSIONAL AND FOR SURE NOT COMPETENT AGENTS. YES, I AM YELLING.
Unbelievably horrific customer support
Unbelievably horrific customer support. Was in a chat for over an hour about my monitor not working, they told me to call a phone number. Was on the phone for over an hour and got transferred to 5 different departments. No one made any sense or would help me. Shocking support. Finally I just hung up as I couldn't deal with it any more. Utterly useless and needless to say I will NEVER buy HP ever again. I'd urge anyone who looks at this page to never ever buy HP products. I know I never will, and will tell everyone I know to never buy them.
HP's online chat is nothing more than…
HP's online chat is nothing more than another layer in the corporate onion at that company. Once in a great while an actual human being willing to provide help will get on the line but it's always a gamble. Waiting for my lease to end with their horrific Designjet product then will switch to a more reliable manufacturer. Disgrace of a company on every front.
Very Slow DOA
I received a laptop with a problematic monitor (low quality crooked plastic), it took more than a month to receive a replacement
HP Support is unsupportive
Have had an issue with a monitor. Trying to get through by messenger, whatssapp, phone, etc, etc is virtually impossible. HP customer service is by far the worst to deal with of any company. It seems to me they hope by being so difficult to contact they hope you will give up and throw the product away. Abysmal
the service is very good
I once respected HP gear
I once respected HP gear, about 20 years ago. They made well engineered products that were well supported. Over the years they have just got worse, probably run by bean counters and marketing executives now, with the one focus of fleecing customers as much as possible. When they ship a PC it comes with enough bloatware, that it uses up nearly all the RAM. Their support portal never works, unless you install more bloatware to help their support website detect the hardware. They ship computers that don't work with basic drivers that come with basic windows 10 install. As an IT admin, HP stuff causes me more problems than anything else. Hopefully they'll go the same way as 3COM. I've got a HP Scanjet G3110, can't download the drivers for it. Their Oh so clever support website can't detect it, and if it doesn't detect it, there is no way of getting to the support website for the Scanner. This level of incompetence can only be due to malice, how difficult is it to provide a webpage with a file to down load.
Poor service
Requested a call back - nothing happened.
Used the Whatsapp and having negotiated the (always annoying) virtual agent was informed I would be connected to a live agent - "this may take a few minutes" - 3 hours later a message! Replies from their end then took between 5 and 10 minutes for this "conversation" until he/she announced they were going off shift so couldn't finish. Next day at 7am a message from a new live agent - I replied when I was ready to deal with it which isn't 7am!! and never heard back. Next day a message to say my case was closed!!
Not my first attempt at getting this issue resolved, in fact my third. The first one was within the 14 days return window so got answered promptly - couldn't resolve it but I found a workaround so didn't return the laptop as I had already invested time setting it up.
Next attempt was after the 14 day return window - maybe they prioritise those within 14 days and after that you go down to the "get around to it if we can" list.
HP needs to invest in real support not just leave its customers stranded.
No answers and no help from HP service for a month
I have been asking for help for more than a month and still I did not have receive any answer from you. I sent you e-mails, I used Whatsapp HP support, Messenger HP Support and I also used your form on your website. I WANT TO REPLACE A PIECE OF MY LAPTOP AND I AM WILLING TO PAY, what's wrong with you? You don't want my money? What's the point of buying HP products if HP doesn't even answer its customers who need help and would pay for it?
The interesting thing is that this place that needs to be replaced broke exactly a month after the end of the warranty. Really interesting and curious, isn't it?
Absolutely dismal service
Absolutely dismal service. Complete time wasters. DO NOT USE HP!
I would give it -5
I would give it -5. Just got my brand new laptop with Windows. I was unable to correct to my Wi-Fi. I called and the first person transferred me to the second person and so on and so on until I got to dial tone. I called back again and got somebody who at least listened to me and wanted to me to read the numbers off the bottom of the computer. I had to take out a light and a magnifying glass reading. Then he told me I'd have to pay $200 to fix the problem on a brand new computer. Well I used to like HP computers but not anymore. When I got off the phone with the help people I returned the computer to the store. I will never again buy a HP product
Shame on HP. Poor poor poor support
Shame on HP.
I have a printer faulty that is still under warranty. Followed HP virtual assistant steps, then chatting with an agent for 1 hour - still no further forwards. Service is appalling. Should be called HP timewaste service rather than HP support, as there is ZERO support.
Really really poor & very sad, a waste of time
HP Support is absolutely no help!
HP Support is absolutely no help
HP Support is absolutely no help! The HP 9015e is probably a good printer, BUT ---! Setting it up proved problematic in several respects. First, after inserting the 4 ink cartridges, we kept getting “out of ink” and “cartridge malfunction” messages. Repeatedly removed and reinstalled the cartridges many times before the printer would finally accept them and print out the test page. But then in checking the ink levels, found that the magenta and yellow cartridges showed only about 10% full (!), and the black barely over one-half (see attached photo. Only the cyan cartridge showed full.) Prior to purchase, we spent considerable time reading various reviews of this printer, and admittedly did a few times see complaints of low ink. Then we discovered that the warranty for this newly-purchased printer was for only 9 months (not the 12 as advertised). We spent considerable time on the phone with HP Support complaining about the low ink, but after much “run-around”, they offered no resolution. And after completing an on-line form (and attaching a copy of our sales receipt) requesting a review our warranty status, finally received a response after one week. But --- the warranty extension was only for one month (i.e., from 9 to 10 months, not 12)! So, it’s especially disappointing that HP Support offers no resolution to these product deficiencies/problems (especially after several YouTube videos praise the ease of set-up). But should HP see and finally satisfactory respond (?) to our complaints, I might agree to subsequently upgrade our two-star recommendation. (In only a couple of print-outs so far, it DOES otherwise seem to be a fine printer.)
Buying HP is worth then buying crypto
The customer support is UNBELIEVABLE sucks. They took the TERRIBLE SERVICE to a whole new level, far far above the most terrible customer support you can find.
Shame on you HP!
