Customer service is horrible.

Customer service is unacceptable.
Acces to sales support has proven extremely difficult and it feels as if they intentionally made it that way. After four days of pursuing a delivery update and 4 different tickets, I received the following unsatisfactory response: "Please be advised that expedited shipping does not guarantee expedited delivery. We cannot confirm the delivery time yet, but once we have an update, we will surely provide the tracking reference." What is the purpose of selecting expedited delivery if delivery times cannot be guaranteed? I strongly advise against using this company.

No such thing as customer service ..........

Tried to get support for a new MX keyboard that would not connect to my MAC spent ages in chat who did not respond with any support, just want a copy of the receipt which I had ... so wrote it off and sending it back to Amazon ... who have a better customer support service

Just awful

Just awful. I logged a ticket and instantly got a 4 replies from four seperate people all calling me the wrong name and all hadn't bother to read anything to do with the ticket. All of them essentially told me to turn it off and on again. When that didn't work some stopped replying whereas others just started the conversation again like it was new. I'd tell them we've been talking and they're suggesting the same thing. It was infuriating. Even telling them to stop calling me by the name they'd assigned to mme, the next email they carry on. they just don't read your emails at all. Then over the next two weeks I've been recieving other peoples tickets with their pesonal data on and transcripts of their discussions. An absolute breach of data protection. I email to tell them to stop and I get nothing back but more tickets. I've had eight so far. Everything about their suppirt and operation is a shambles.

Logitech support is non-existent

Logitech support is non-existent. I tried to get an answer on their chat line for two days and couldn't get a live agent to answer a simple question. Also, there is no way to leave my product review on their website. You can read reviews but you can't add yours. Unbelievable!

Horrible "24/7" chat support

Horrible "24/7" chat support. I am on day 4 of trying to receive help and no one has answered me yet. DO NOT USE LOGITECH PRODUCTS. My mouse continuously disconnects for no reason my computer is fantastic their mice SUCK and so does their nonexistent ChAt SuPpOrT.

Do you job and stick to the agreement, Thank you.

I bought a mouse. And this is on the lighter side because i've yet to complete complaints as they have to refer the complaint to a department separately. A department which is unable to communicate by phone. So, limited accessibility.

Back to the mouse, so they used UPS, who inclusive to this complaint. As UPS stated it would be delivered the following day. the Mouse was purchased on the 01/10/2024. The notification was presented on 07/10/2024. Didn't arrive. Tracking stated there was an issue. Did not explain what the issue was and then on 09/10/2024. The tracker noted 12:12 that there was an attempt and "receiver was unavailable". There was no attempt. I was at home. I work from home.

They have my number and like many other couriers that have managed to perform their service. They had opportunity to check in and deliver the item. Which, they avoided doing. No problem, I contact logictech. To explain what's happened and provided my contact number (just in case) and instruction for the courier to contact me on delivery.

Thursday 10/10/2024. Package has been delivered. No it hasn't. No contact was made. No item to be seen. So, I ring both Logictech and DPS. Logictech referred to DPS. This is just bad in terms of service and business. You are the provider and therefore accountable for the agreement. Which, you have failed. There was no verification e.g. photo showing it had been received or left with the correct precipitant.

DPS said. It has been deliver... wait for it. To a depo within the city. So, not as agreed and more despicable against the agreement to delivered to me at my address. It apparently been fine if the precipitant has to take time out of the day to go locate where the incompetent's courier has dropped the package.

There was an offer from DPS to rearrange the deliver. Which, was refused. As I explained. Why would I leave the responsibility of delivering a package you have already on multiple occasions failed to deliver. Which is absurd as that's what your in the business of doing.

I got back to Logictech. That's when I was referred to complaints which would now be dealt with no earlier than 13/10/2024.

I won't be using you again and if I see someone I'm due to be purchasing from are using UPS I wont' be buying from them either.

15 days ago I complained about my £100…

15 days ago I complained about my £100 mouse being faulty.

I was told they could ship a replacement to me (in the UK)

8 days later - Sorry we can't ship a replacement, please give us a different address... (how the hell can I give a different address, I live here)

I replied - they apologised and said they could ship me a new mouse.

Yesterday I emailed saying I hadn't received shipping information

Today they was replied with "We do not have shipment capability in your reigon"

12 Billion market cap can't ship to the UK
Avoid at all costs

To order directly from Logitech is an exercise in futility, slow service, and terrible communication. I guess that's why Amazon is a juggernaut, and Logitech isn't. Amazon or any big box store will get it to you faster and with less headache than Logitech.

Waiting months for a refund

Would give no stars if it was an option.

Ordered a folio keyboard on the 4th of June - received the keyboard 2 weeks later, despite not being made aware of delayed delivery. Needed a keyboard quicker so I bought one for somewhere else.
Returned original keyboard to Logitech which they received on the 26th of June. I am still waiting for my refund despite chasing this up numerous times and receiving confirmation via email that i will be refunded. There is no customer support and they are now ignoring further communication. Their staff say that their hands are tied in what they can do and all they can do is raise another ticket - which doesn't end up in them contacting me with a resolution.

Professional and patient

The problem diagnosis process was rigorous and quite long, but the support person was patient and empathetic. In the end, they went above and beyond to resolve my hardware problem. I have always liked Logitech products for their reliability, and I don't expect to need support again. But if ever do, I won't be anxious about reaching out.

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company. customer support is terrible, drivers dont work, products fail and no back up. I thought the company had moved on since the early days of being the cheapest company for products, now just take your money and run. I certainly will be binning my logitec hardware and purchasing elsewhere

Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. Refused to help me fix my mouse because i wasn't in the US and then told me there was no number available for Europe. They also refused to provide an email to make a customer complaint. Laughably bad when the customer service could have just helped me. Never buy Logitech.

Wrong product - Return Policy

Wrong product. Asked refund policy. Should be piece of cake no...? Every question every normal step in this takes at least 2 days to respond. They don't take you serious at all. Never have I excperienced such bad service. First and last time I buy directly from Logitech ever. Terrible. Delivery is 2 days they say. Took more then a week. And then the wrong product. Now for days on end trying to return the product. Man, they are just harrassing the clients. No other word for it.

Stole my money

Brought an iPad keyboard that was available on the website. Chased the order and got told there's a pile up of the orders and they will put mine as a priority. I asked the cancel and got told there's a 30minute cancellation window to cancel (from the time of ordering) even though they've sold me a product that isn't even available. Cannot even spell properly when they reply. Refusing to refund my £89! Don't know what the sale of goods act is. Yeah thanks for stealing my money. Scammers

I purchased a Z407 desk sound system in…

I purchased a Z407 desk sound system in January 2023. It came with a wireless remote puck for Bluetooth, which recently stopped working, so now I have no sound on my PC. I tried contacting their chat line but was unable to connect. I tried emailing and no response. I tried to log into my Logitech account and the password no longer worked. After hours of trying to find more information about fixing the problem, I found a small blurb by Logitech stating that replacement pucks are no longer available.

I'm furious, not only at the time I've wasted trying to fix the problem on my own, but also at the waste of money. I'm a senior living on a fixed income so I try to be careful with my money, this has left a bad taste in my mouth.
