⭐ 1/5 – Very disappointed

We are very disappointed with the service.

From the beginning, there was a clear lack of ownership. Almost every ticket required review or correction on our side, which completely defeats the purpose of outsourcing support. Instead of reducing our workload, it actually created more work for us.

Communication around availability was also a major issue. Time off was frequently communicated the same day, including vacation days. Over a total of 45 working days, 7 were taken as vacation plus an additional sick day (around 15.6% of the time not covered). While sick days are understandable, vacation should be planned and communicated in advance, especially when Mondays are high-volume days.

Overall, the service did not meet expectations. We ended up doing more work, not less, and did not feel there was accountability or proactive management from the team.

Would not recommend.

Possible Scam with Free Test Tasks 🚫 Do NOT Recommend SupportYourApp -

I don’t recommend this company. They gave me a test task for the Team Leader Graphic Designer role, I overdelivered with multiple options, and after long silence they came back saying they were looking for a more experienced designer. This sounded absurd and came without any clear explanation. Months later, the vacancy is still open and active (djinni co jobs) Feels like they just collect free test works.

Modern day exploitation

The most concerning part is that if you don’t pass probation, they take 50% of your salary/compensation, regardless of the effort or time you’ve put in. This was not clearly communicated upfront and feels like modern-day exploitation.

Worse, you only find out about your “performance” results when you're about to be dismissed — no opportunity to improve, no feedback along the way, and no transparency.

Companies that engage in this kind of practice should be held accountable. If you're considering employment here, ask detailed questions about probation terms, salary protection, and performance reviews — or think twice. And if you're a company working with them, be aware of how they treat the very people driving their operations.

Their recruting team is full of idiots…

Their recruting team is full of idiots l.They are demanding you do a one way video interview, keeping on setting timelines and reminders, but do not actuallt want to talk live over phone/teams to give more details about the roles applied.Once you opt out and decline their discriminatory interviewing process, they acknowledge your feedback, but then they still send you emails to send a one way interview video .Either they have a AI doing the recruitment or the staff just doesn't care at all.DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY

Don't bother starting an interview…

Don't bother starting an interview provess with them. They make you loose your time. It will last 4 weeks and will involve 4 actual 1 hour interviews and 4 assesments just so in the end they say that the position was occupied by some person that somebody else got. Incompetent staff.

They made through a long interview proccess and in the end they and in the end they told me that you don't have the right experience😆🤣 if I didn't have the experience then why did they take me to the interview? plus the position was only for 1 person and in the end they took my friend who didn't have as much experience as me. lol. failed company. I will never apply for a job with them. Wasting time

Very strange company

Very strange company, I haven’t met this kind of discrimination before. Apparently if you have 2 citizenships (one “normal” and the other one from (e.g., Cuba, Russian Federation, Syria, Republic of Belarus, Iran) you are banned from their hiring process. It doesn’t matter if you are not visiting or having any connections - they say sanctions are against common people as well.
I am a Swedish citizen living in Sweden and here this kind of discrimination is a criminal act. Never expected something like this from US. Appalling.

Best job experience in my life

The interview process was smooth. It's the best job experience I've ever had. The team is very friendly and everyone's voice in the company matters! I feel being supported as well 💛

Beware. Go somewhere else if you can.

Everything seemed like a smooth recruiting process until they came up with the genius idea of telling me that they just hired someone for the position I was applying for and that they would like to share a new opportunity for a test project.

The "test" project consisted of being in training for 9 hours a day for USD400 a month, once we get you on a project we´ll double your pay (USD800)....(?) (shameless)

This kind of companies must disappear because they are not fixing any problems; in fact, they´re deepening the cliff. Such a waste of people´s precious time, and zero respect for the professionals who were lured to apply. Stay as far away as you can from SupportYourApp it instantly reminded me of an IT sweatshop.
