Scammers

Rugs are poor quality and they say they've sent two in the same parcel and when you send them back for a refund they say they've sent two parcels just don't buy anything from these rip off merchants there just stealing your money . Don't believe the pictures online microfibre cloths are thicker.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Ordered some filling for cushions. Contacted Supreme Bedding after the first 2 days as the parcel had been collected but had not arrived at the depot. Their response was exceedingly short, no apology, or offer to chase up the courier; it gave the distinct impression they did not care. Emailed them again to again request they chase up the courier. They did not respond.
The tracking did update on the third day, and only moved every second day after that. On the 5th day of waiting emailed them again, no response again until this morning "You're parcel was delivered yesterday". No apology, nothing. It took their courier 6 days to deliver a parcel sent on a 48 hour service and this company just do not care.
I will not be buying from this company again, and would suggest anyone else looking to goes else where. Awful couldn't care less customer service.

I think you didn't see our delivery time. Please note we have 2-4 working days for delivery. but sometimes it can little delay due to courier, which is out of our hands.
Regarding customer services reply time, Please note our customer services do not work on weekends if it's bank holiday you can add this non-working day. We do normally reply within 1 working day.

I used to always go here for my pillows…

I used to always go here for my pillows and always went for the hotel ones. My last order however, done as a guest rather than on my account, I ordered hotel pillows in soft, medium firm and firm so 3 packs with 2 pillows in each. After paying a substantial amount i expected the quality i had had previously. Once they had arrived and been opened to allow the plump ness back i got myself a soft one but when i put my head on it rather than sinking into softness it was firm. I have now checked all pillows and i noticed that unlike previously where the label showed the type of pillow - soft etc and the size and was on the long edge these pillows had the label on one end and was just basic info and then if I compare 1 of each you can tell all they have done is to put extra filling in the firmer the pillow.

So never again will I go here.

Appalling service

Ordered two pillows with springs in to be sent to my parents as a gift. Supreme Bedding did not respond to the order although they'd been paid, I had to contact them to point out that they'd lost my order. What they then sent was two pillows without springs and two memory foam pillows. Nothing like my order. Then they refused to send the correct pillows or refund me until I'd got my eighty year old parents to take photographs of the pillows they'd sent in error. Finally they wanted my parents to send the pillows back to them with a reply paid envelope DURING LOCKDOWN which would have meant going to a post office! When I pointed out that my statutory rights did not require me to do any of these things, they gave me a refund and said my parents could keep the pillows. Ordered from another company who managed to get the right order to the right address within 24 hours.

1. You contact us you did not receive the pillows = We dispatch again pillows for you.
2. You said pillows not what it should be = We ask the only pictures to resolve the quick your problem.
3. As soon you send the picture we have refunded you the same day.

So technically we give you the best possible customer services, We have lost 4 pillows from our pocket Plus we give you a full refund, Never let you down with customer services. I think we deserve better than 1 star.

Lovely quality.

Lovely duvet just what I wanted,I have given 5 stars for the product, however Hermes delivery let Supreme down,however Supreme sorted it as soon as I contacted them. Will be ordering other products soon.

I would have given a five star rating

I would have given a five star rating, but the delivery service,from Hermes, was poor. It never appeared on their tracking system, and I wasn't able to find a delivery schedule.
My charge for expedited delivery was removed from my bill immediately after my complaint, and Supreme bedding was very apologetic.

I ordered a few items

I ordered a few items, one of which (the white satin duvet cover) was marked with a large glaringly obvious red stitch. I contacted supreme bedding via email to inform them of my issue and I have not received a reply or any type of contact. I also emailed for a delivery date for my order as I was worried it wouldn’t come in time and I had no response then either.

After spending just short of £100 the least I expect is some sort of acknowledgement. Very poor and unacceptable customer service. I will not be ordering from them again.
