The car was not the model I had originally booked, but that was still okay and it worked well for our needs. The company does not have an office at the airport, so you need to call them to have the car delivered there. We met a representative at the entrance who handed over the keys.
I would have preferred the car to be fully fueled upon pickup, but unfortunately it was not. However, the car was clean and in good condition.
When we returned the car, we parked it as agreed, but there was no staff present to inspect it. I had expected someone to be there to check the car together with us.
Overall, the experience was still okay.

I was really impressed with the condition of the car. It was spotless, almost a brand new car. The car itself, Skoda Kamiq was not only in pristine condition but also an absolute joy to drive—smooth handling, great fuel efficiency, and all the modern features you could ask for.
The pickup process was fast, and the drop-off was even easier.
