A great first experience as a customer
Bought "Grave - As Rapture Comes". The album was shipped fast and super safe. Album was sent in a record mailer with proper padding and protection, so the record arrived as if I had walked in to the store and got it myself. This was my first time shopping at SCR, hope to find some more nice stuff to buy soon. You've made one new fan in Puerto Rico!

Really Great music mailorder company
I've used mailorder companies for years now, since it's so much easier to buy music online that in independent or even chainstore record shops.
It was my first time using this particular company, I didn't expect it to be as good as it was, I ordered through bandcamp.com, so I could get a download initially to put on my phone.
I waited a short while for any news but these places are independent themselves so you've got to be patient, after it was posted I had a notification, but no tracking information, so I contacted them, they gave it to me no problem.
8 days later the album was delivered, very quickly as it came from Germany to the UK, will probably use again later on, I'm very pleased with the album also, great.

I totally agree. The reason for delays in this case is that you have ordered straight at a breaking point concerning postal services. Sorry there have been so many changes (Deutsche Post has made some major changes for sendings outside of Germany) and we are now improving our shipment.
