I think Supremecoat gave a first class service. My initial phone call was with Daniel, who was friendly and explained things clearly to me. There was proactive communication after booking and prior to the date my car was booked in.
On the day Daniel and the team were welcoming, professional and projected confidence that they knew what they were doing and talked me through the process.
I was local so didn't use the reception area or facilities on site but it all looked welcoming, clean and well thought through.
As for the finish, my car looks fantastic and I'm sure it will still do so in several years time.
Overall, customer service was excellent, they've really thought about the user experience, can't fault anything. Thank you!

Two years on since my GS was treated by Supreme Coat and I still extremely satisfied with the durability of the process . Whenever I wash the bike it comes up like new illustrated by the way the water runs off the coating. Money well spent..Thanks again

Arrived and I was greeted by great staff. Daniel explained the process very well. They sorted out free transport into town. Everyone was enthusiastic and my bike looked absolutely stunning when they finished it. Their customer care was excellent, something you don’t see much these days.

From turning up to leaving the service was first class. The finish on my motor home is superb, cleaning is now so much easier. I would highly recommend Supremecoat.

Excellent product and service

Been to Supremecoat today as I thought my Mercedes had been vandalised whilst at an airport car park. The team were exemplary, took at look at the car whilst I was there having had it coated 12 months ago, and sorted out on the spot with no appointment. Bit of TLC from the team and all done. Fantastic knowledge and fantastic service as usual. Thanks guys.

I took my Brand new Indian Pursuit in for a full detail. I had previously taken my Triumoh Tiger in and was impressed at the results. I can't thank the team enough there were some scratches on the panniers and tank which couldn't be seen with the naked eye. They machine polished them out and boy the overall finish is outstanding. The paintbreally pops as does the chrome work. Thanks again for another superb job

Today I had my, new to me, Tiguan ceramic coated and it was an excellent experience with fantastic results.
I now know that I will not spend my spare time keeping it looking great but will be out and about more.
We have previously had our VW California and our caravan go through the same process so speak from experience as to the benefits of the fantastic service Supremecoat deliver with a quality product.

Had my Cupra applied with Lifeproof Ceramic Coating in Feb 2022. The coating has still been working absolutely perfect after 2 years and countless journeys.

First class customer service and communication from Darren and his team, great knowledge of Supremecoat products and the method of maintaining the coating.

If like me, you like to keep your pride and joy in pristine-looking condition, then you can't go wrong with a Supremecoat Ceramic Coating. From booking a date, then having to re-arrange due to work issues along with turning up late on the day, due to traffic nightmares, the staff were absolutely amazing.... The icing on the cake is a fantastic looking bike that has years of easier cleaning for me, along with good protection against all envionmental contaminents. 100% highly recommended and 100% greatly appreciated, thankyou...

I purchased a new Ducati multistrada from SMC Sheffield. I arranged for SMC to take the bike to Supremecoat for ceramic coating and all I can say is wow, from arranging to completion everything was seamless, SMC are a breath of fresh air and Supremecoat have performed exceptionally well, although a new bike the finish is outstanding and the protection will give years of performance

From the first time I made contact with Supremecoat, I could tell that my experience with them would be a good one.

All the staff I dealt with were first rate - friendly, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

The weather (freezing temperatures/icy roads - no thanks) scuppered my first appointment. Not a problem - we just rearranged for the following week. All very straightforward.

I asked them to ceramic coat my Triumph Tiger 900. I thought the result would be good, but honestly wasn't prepared for how bike looked after the process.

Other people have said their vehicles look showroom standard after being coated. I would say it looked better than that - everything seemed...more. Deeper colours, more lustrous...

But it was more than just the process. Darren and his team make you feel like you're their one and only customer. You are kept well informed throughout, which you would expect, but there is also a personal touch that you don't always get these days.

So, special thanks to Darren, Sarah and the technicians who treated my bike - so sorry I didn't catch your names.

A brilliant experience all round.

A filthy ride home though, so the cleaning products will get a thorough workout this weekend.

After having the bike delivered to Supremecoat for it's Ceramic, the bike looks better than it did in the showroom, it's so glossy, like glass.
The customer service is 2nd to none, nothing was too much trouble and they were very understanding of schedule changes caused by my unpredictable working hours.
11/10 I would highly recommend Supremecoat to anyone who would like to get their bike looking better than new and protected for years to come.

Don't often leave reviews but this company went above and beyond what I expected in terms of service and assurances about the product. A slick operation from start to finish and you can tell the difference even on a brand new motorbike. Great finishing and attention to detail the team take their time and arrange a complimentary taxi into Chesterfield whilst you wait.

As can be seen from the previous reviews Darren,Sara and the team take customer service to another level. Just had my motorcycle ceramic coated yesterday and am extremely pleased with the work carried out and would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.
