I've bought from them before but this time I realized how money hungry the company is by not allowing to cancel orders before they ship or even just getting my money back by refunding. Not everyone wants store credit, and Offering store credit only on approved apparel is such BS. They need to offer more flexibility with their return and cancellation policy if they want to retain a good consumer base. Heard their physical locations suck too.

I bought expensive stuffs online. UPS never ever delivered to me. I’m at home and open the door to wait for the delivery. But, no one delivered to me. Only the UPS app shown that the package was delivered and signed. UPS and Supreme are Liers. I never ever received my package. I paid expensive for shopping, but received nothing. Never trust UPS and Supreme.

I purchased items from this company via the I bidder site. The appearance of the said items was customers returns but almost new. I appreciated this. However when i picked them up they were useless and not able to be used and of no commercial value. Conversations with the company got me no where. They were obstructive and left me really angry and upset. Now they have blocked me on I bidder stating I did not complete the transaction. Therefore as well as selling poor unusable goods they are now lying to I Bidder saying I didn’t complete the transaction. This will impede on me being able to bid on the I Bidder platform, I may well be blocked by other auction houses owing to the lies they have told. I have reported the matter to I Bidder. Please leave this company well alone. They sell inferior goods. Their customer relations are terrible and they also lie.
Dirty Garments was delivered!!
Ordered some white colored garments, and there was a dirty brown stain straight down the middle!
Sent an email to customer services to ask about returning the item and see if they needed a photo of the damaged goods.
No answer at all not even a recieved email acknowledgement. Sent another email about a week later and still no response.
Should've checked the reviews before I ordered from them!

Very bad online support
This review is not on the store but on the Supreme brand in general and on their seriousness in online sales.
I bought a jacket and it arrived defective. When I contacted them to see if they could replace it for me it was still available online for sale. They told me to send it back but in the meantime if the jacket would have been sold out they would simply refund me. I explained to him that this jacket has enormous sentimental value for me and that it means a lot to me, I'm not a normal customer who buys one thing or the other, it's the same. No my case was different. Why? Because they reproduced a print that Culture Club used in their first TV appearances called "Destruction of Purity" by Sue Clowes a London fashion designer from the early 80s. I was a huge fan of Culture Club in the 80s and am a collector so at the time I was very yung and couldn't travel to reach "The Foundry" shop in London in Carnaby Street that had this collection. Now that there is internet I was able to buy that print and I paid dearly I made a sacrifice but it arrived defective and I explained all my reasons to them and simply asked them to keep another "Destruction of Purity" jacket aside for me until mine was arrived to be able to replace it, we are talking about 4/5 days.
They highly ignored me.
I am outraged. After spending almost 300 € for a cotton jacket, I have to keep it even flawed.

Ordered 2x Air force 1s, I waited forever to buy! UPS mysteriously never delivered them. Been waiting 3 MONTHS for a refund.
UPDATE - I received half a refund in mid April, but wasn't actually notified of this until today. Still missing the 2nd half of my money.

I bought a lot of pieces. Returned only one with their authorization and instructions. Payed shipping to Netherlands. Then they disappeared, no answer after 2 months of emails. Fortunately paypal exist. And at least I got the cost of the piece back. Of course shipping is lost. Worst service ever. Dont buy from them if you will have problem you wont find a solution.
Do not buy anything direct - Ever!
Highly recommend people steer clear of purchasing anything directly from Supreme. I had to pay for a return and had to wait weeks for a refund. Their customer support couldn't care less, they are extremely rude, non supportive and unresponsive. Clearly the "coolness" of their brand comes at a price.
I ordered the 3 tonal skate decks
I ordered the 3 tonal skate decks in Week 1 of S/S 2023. I placed the order in about 30 seconds of the drop so I know I was one of the first. 2 of the 3 colors sat on the site so I know Stock was available. The order was delayed for several weeks and I reached out to follow up. I’d get very cold one sentence responses that didn’t detail anything, and then when I tried to resolve it in good faith I got flat out ignored on multiple requests. It wasn’t until I told them I’m filing a dispute claim with my bank that they got back to me. I figured that would get their attention. This mess took me 2 months and still cost me money due to the USD to CAD conversion at the time. Absolutely terrible and unprofessional customer service that’s killing the brand.

No response from customer service
I bought a tee that ripped two holes on the first day of wearing it duo to poor quality.
I wrote them and they send me a return label. It’s now been almost a month, and they’ve haven’t refunded or send or new one which they promised. I’ve tried to reach out to them on email three times without any response.
1st place winner of the worse customer service online
I bought an expensive jumper over Christmas and it didn’t fit so I returned it on the next day. It’s been 3 months and I’m still chasing them for a refund. This is extremely frustrating experience. I’m never going to buy anything from them again - Supreme brand is dead anyway. This is it!
