OK but not great
Customer Support is good but I've had too many occasions where I can not view channels with or without the VPN on. Ive had temp accounts created because of this issue. I was then told oh yeah the IPTV Smarters Pro app has these issues. So then why not provide an app that doesn't have these issue or fix the app?

Great price and great product but the app doesn't always work properly. It will get stuck where I have to use a different app to work with SupremeTV just so I can see the content. In addition to that, I needed to block some content from my children that can be done with the SupremeTV app but when it is not working I must use the IPTV app where I am unable to block the adult content.

PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO CUSTOMERS
Supervisor who called 1day ago or on 12/31/23 while i was unablebto answer. When I tried returning the call, I left voice message with person name as advertised. Now unless the business is closed on New Year's Day, I have NOT received a returned phone call!
