I recently had problems with my furniture cover. I contacted customer services, My problem was sorted out efficiently and very much to my satisfaction.
Our Supremo furniture is lovely and the cover fits perfectly. I hve no hesitation in recommending Supremo.

SCAM - used by scam companies to access bank accounts, in the guise of 'technical support' I was caught by a so called 'Netflix Customer Service' - a third party service that tells you it has 'deals' for cheaper Netflix annual payments. Delete and erase this from your files immediately. Otherwise they can get back into your computer.
This is the WORST application to allow remote users on. I nearly lost my computer to this dingus app. DO NOT AND DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT INSTALLING THIS. I REPEAT, DO NOT AND DO NOT EVEN THING ABOUT INSTALLING THIS. This is a virus with a user host.

No installation needed so they access your computer, slow it, then tell you it has been hacked and that you need to purchase virus protection, while they collect your personal information. They target those who are not so tech savvy. The phone call kept cutting out, getting extremely loud at times and the call center could br distinctly heard in the background from a mile a way. When they connected to my computer this morning and pulled this on me, I shut my computer down and contacted the tech support, AND VIRUS PROTECTION, I already have! DO NOT GUVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY. IT IS A SCAM JUST LIKE THE HUNDRED OTHERS EXATLY LIKE IT GOING AROUND THE INTERNET RIGHT NOW. Go with OFFICE DEPOT TECH SUPPORT. Virus protection included.
