Fast delivery. SUP made for 140kg, 2 persons can easily use it. Was not sure if the pump worked properly, contacted the support by mail and they answerd the same day: very nice and very helpful!

Nagging to get the order delivered
First order delivered as promised, quickly and correctly. For the second order I had to nag Supworld´s support 5 times during a month of delay. When the order finally was delivered, the product was stuffed in a garbage liner, without any documentation. No discount, but a lot of apologies. I will turn elsewhere in the future.
E Wheel E7U scooter
I got my E-wheels E7 scooter 2,5 weeks ago. But there was some problems with the scooter. Only after 2-3km ride the speed and acceleration dropped dramatically. I ever had to walk a up with the scooter because it did not have to power to carry me. And now 2 weeks ago it left me on the road and wheels just did not spin. And nothing happened. I did not hit anything, it was at speed about 25km / h and straight road, and it just stopped and did¨t reacht to gas. So no I send to be fixed and hope I get it back soon.
My scoot
Even that I had some trouble with the delivery of my new scoot and after 1 month usage of it I had a need for warranty repair things are moving forward. Prompt communication, good instructions and most of all Sccot is really nice to drive and use.

I ordered two electric kickboards, only one of which was sent to me. The disappointment was even greater when that too was broken. I waited seven days before I received a response to my email asking me to correct their mistake. Now, after more than four weeks of waiting, I have got functional products for my children.
