I rented a dual control vehicle from surepass recently and found their services to be very good. The lady I dealt with, Michelle, was very polite and helpful and the car i hired was clean and in good working order.
I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I needed to. 10/10 👍🏻

I paid for delivery of a car to my home address. Over the weeks I had it the faults got worse, the spark plugs weren't in properly that was fixed by a local garage, the engine warning light went on and off because it was running lean, the esc service light was on alot, the side light had a lose connection, these faults couldn't be resolved by Halfords and Kwik fit where the said to take it. Then on the final day the engine overheated then was leaking coolent. I asked for them to replace the car but they refused unless I paid another delivery fee even though the car was faulty. They have said they will refund the £190 they took from my bank but nothing has been returned yet

I hired a car from surepass for several months and honestly cannot fault them, they were quick to help with any problems, found me a replacement car when I needed one within hours, Andy was always at the end of the phone, or if Michelle was. Wouldn't have got through P3 without them
5* from me.

Hired a dual control car for one week. Says they deliver but had to haggle to get this service. First thing I noticed was the biting point was incredibly high. After six lessons the clutch went. They gave me the RAC number. I waited 2 and half hours for them to arrive. I phoned Surepass and they said if I wanted a replacement car I would have to travel to Manchester with the RAC to collect. An hour and half journey each way. I was not able to do this so they suggested I use public transport to collect the replacement!. As I had already paid for delivery I told them that this was not acceptable. They then said they would refund me for the remaining days left on the hire. I was left a mile from home with my headboard and other business things to walk home. They sent me a knackered car and when it broke were totally unhelpful. Avoid this company

I needed a dual car to use as mine was in the garage. Called Surepass at 4pm and had a car by 8pm. Quick service and a reliable car.
