Bought the product 5 weeks before a Sumatra surf trip. The exercises did help a lot though a bit more variety into the last week would have been beneficial

I’m loving these training exercises. I’ve paired the pop up training with my regular fitness routine (mostly yoga and cycling) and definitely feeling the progress. And just in time for Hurricane Erin swell :) I’m excited to continue to use the training exercises and guide to further develop my skills. Thank you!

This program has been really helpful. I’m very pleased.
I thought the program was well designed in that there were some of the exercises I was unable to complete at the beginning of week 1, but by week 4 the training had developed my strength in those exercises so that I could successfully do all of them.
I didn't know what to expect but regarding my upcoming Surftrip I thought, I'll give it a try. I tried the Paddle workout and the Take Off workout - due to illness just for 3 weeks. The result was absolutely stunning. I haven't been so fit for the last 3 years. Two 3 hours Surf Sessions? No Problem.
I will keep up the Training also in the winter to stay fit for next year. Best decision ever.

Fantastic program, l love that it's quick and to the point. I am getting up much quicker and my mobility has improved.
Hi, I've just completed the Paddle challenge and will now go through the popup challenge again. This is really great training, no matter what level of surfing you're at. I look forward to going through the yoga sessions now as well, to mix it up. Wayne
I really enjoy the training and how it is formatted. The voice over needs work but can look paste that as the exercises are working in the water for me.
The exercises are well-explained and easy to do. There is no doubt that after a few days my pop-up was better.

Honestly, I’ve paid for other training programs for surfing, but this is the only one that has trained me in the fitness needed to take off on a surfboard. I’m so much stronger and for the first time in the 8 years I’ve been struggling with my take off, I am now so much more improved, not only with the speed I can take off, but more importantly, the consistency of my foot placement.

Great content. Easy to follow exercises with little resources required. The videos are well made and it is great to do the routine with someone 'guiding you' :) After week 1 I could already feel my shoulders a bit stronger and resilient!

After 2-3 weeks, I’ve noticed a big improvement in the strength of my back so I can paddle and hold my upper body in a higher position. Paddling strength has also seen a good improvement. Lessons are easy to follow, overall this is definitely worth the price
