I has a terrible experience with Surfmine. At first, everything looked legimate, professional website, smooth onboarding, and promises of steady Bitcoin mining returns. I invested a significant amount, but when it came time to withdraw, things quickly went downhill. My requests were either ignored or met with endless excuses, and eventually I list acccess to my account entirely.

Luckily I c ame across #COINREFUNDS#. Their team was transparent from the start and didn't make unrealistic promises. They walked me through the tracing process and kept me updated at every stage. It took some time, but they were able to help re cover a good portion of my funds.

I purchased a few bitcoin mining contracts last year with bitcoin I obtained from selling loan money for bitcoin. The company name is SurfMine. The terms state that if I purchase a minimum of 3000 in contracts I can withdraw my earnings without penalty. I spent 3400. They still are not letting me withdraw my earnings. But RECLAIMDC rescued me

Very bade platform they don't want to pay what I'm earn from the mining . I'm on pending status for 3 weeks,and I made a deposit to a couple of plans. Don't be fools people. They should be sued according to law.

OK, so I gave it a one because it would not let me give it a negative I have bought six contracts on this platform. They let me withdraw one time and that was a little withdrawal and I tried to withdraw the second time and it says it’s pending and it’s been pending for four days now I can’t never talk to nobody. They always say there’s a specialist gonna be getting back with me but then there’s never a specialist there. I need to let them know this is the third climate and platform that is robbed me for my money and I will go out of my way and I will not stop until I get them shut down or I get my money back or my withdrawal I know the rules I know you get two withdrawals for your first minor and then a 1.1 ratio on each minor after that so I have done everything by the rules. I need my money and plus my 365 day run is far from over I will reach out to the FCASEC cyber crime unit to everybody that I can if I do not get my withdrawal because I know it don’t take four days for bitcoin to withdraw it takes about 30 minutes. I can understand if it was a day but it’s been four days and they’re ignoring me and they’re not talking to me so anybody from serve mine if they’re hearing this, I suggest yeah I’ll do the right thing and validate that withdrawal so it can go through because I’ve got a TXID that I’ve sent to y’all every address every payment and I will report every bit of and if you think you got a one score you’re gonna have a -5 score after I get done with you I promise you and that’s on God. It started fine, small withdrawals came through. Then they flipped the script. They claimed I used up my 'one allowed withdrawal' and said I had to buy a miner just to unlock another. I did. still no withdrawal.
I get full transparency on FIFTH & heaven from day one and every time I request to withdraw, it get processed in minutes.

I requested my first withdrawal 07/23/2025 and still has pending status.
Support response: Hello in order to withdraw money from free tariff you have to buy miner anyway.

Free plan does not exist on their website. Do not invest in this thieving company.

After two withdrawals and purchasing multiple miners, I am unable to withdraw. Per the terms, which could change, who knows, you start with two withdrawals. And I tested it and it worked two times. Then I purchased two more miners, but no other withdrawals are given. The terms say that $3000 invested will allow unlimited withdrawals. The reason this is suspect is 1, they won't honor the extra withdrawals with the purchase of an extra miner. 2, their email is not active, support @ surfmine.com doesn't work. They must have forgotten to pay their bill. If you look at the certification, it is Piter Harrison who runs this, and he is in Latvia. We are currently looking for this person's IP address.
