Randomly deleted my server for no given…
Randomly deleted my server for no given reason at all with absolutely zero warning and no contact whatsoever, and completely ignored my support tickets when I requested help. DO NOT host your servers with this diabolical "company". All the time you've spent on the server will be randomly removed with no warning once your trial ends. I never even got a single email asking me to pay anything or an invoice, and it never even tried to leave my bank account, they just simply removed my entire server without telling me anything.

Hello Perry, we did tell you that the 7 day trial is that a 7 day trial not only that we let your server run for 14 days (7 days on top) and told you to take back ups as it’s only there to test the service before purchase. Going forward we will look into the trial service and make it more clear.
