Just bought my second gazebo with Surf & Turf and I can't praise them enough! Great customerservice during the design proces of the print on my gazebo, speedy delivery. Gazebo can withstand rather heavy winds when pegged down correctly, print is heavy duty quality and still looks boxfresh after 5 years of sun and rain. Will only buy with them.

New Parasols for the food market
Had a great experience with the team at Instashade. Amanda our account manager was nothing but helpful and communicative. Ensuring that all requests were met and that no job couldn't be done. The parasols look fabulous, come and see them at the Southbank Centre food market.

As a small business owner we really understand about great customer service. However it’s not always the norm these day.. except for businesses like Surf and Turf. They really are a friendly efficient business to work with. Their product is in our eyes one of the best on the market, and we’ve tried many others in the past. It’s great to be able to replace a canopy cover and not the whole item too. Quick delivery and being able to speak to someone immediately on the phone is great too. Highly recommend this business for top quality products, polite and easy communication, and a great delivery service too.

Exceptional service
I bought a gazebo probably 20 years ago from surf and turf and it has lasted well, but eventually the canopy was looking shabby with a few splits. I was surprised and delighted that with a quick phone call, the order was found and I could purchase a replacement. It anrrived in a couple of days. Exceptional service.

Packaging needs strengthening
Weights were packed in a box which unfortunately was not strong enough for the courier service/delivery.
As they were heavy and unbreakable the did arrive however!

We’re glad to hear the weights arrived safely. Our packaging is designed to protect heavy items, but couriers can sometimes handle these items incorrectly by carrying by the banding on the boxes, causing them to snap.

Great company
Great company. The staff are very helpful and the products are very well designed and made just what I wanted. I purchased a 6x3 elite and was easy enough to put up once I looked at the instructions (online) I’m so behind on Tec 🙈
The more I use it the faster it goes up and down a bit difficult on your own though it’s big.
