Surge - arrogant and ignorant fraudsters!

Surge has been charging my credit card for the past three years, despite my attempts to cancel the subscription. I initially sent a cancellation email after the first month, as the service was not what I was looking for. However, Surge has no customer support and provides no way of cancelling the subscription, making it difficult for customers to stop the recurring charges. This is a breach of trust and has caused financial stress for me and my relationship with my employer. I have sent monthly cancellation requests to their support email and attempted to call them, but to no avail. They simply ignore us. My employer has spent around 1000 USD on a service that I signed up for, and they are now angry about the situation. We have taken action and filed a complaint labeled as fraud with Stripe, as well as contacting our bank in an effort to retrieve the fees. I strongly advise against signing up for Surge, as they are ignorant and arrogant. It is a shame that people can get away with this kind of behavior, causing so much trouble for others.
