I ordered a rattan patio set table, chairs, duster advertised on Yahoo’s web page discounted from $400+ to $50. Considered Yahoo to be trustworthy hosting trustworthy businesses, I made the purchase. Some time after I made the purchase, I had to ask where my furniture was, since it had not arrived. I received an email from Surprise shopping telling me that my purchase had been shipped. I clicked on their tracking button and I was dropped into an empty webpage. I then copied the USPS tracking number and entered it on USPS tracking page. The USPS web page states that they do not have my package. I have reached out to these people and now they are telling me that there were two options and that I purchased the duster. Why would I or anyone pay $50.00 for a duster you can buy in a store for $1 to $5 ?

What a scam.

Ordered a 27 inch - 62.99 VW hippie bus cooler on wheels.
Received a 5 inch die cast vw bus model. I have seen these for $10 bucks at Walmart.
Emailed to return and ship correct item. No response yet.
Do not order from this company.

I ordered 2 outdoor swinging recliners from a site called Home Decor. I paid $119.98 with free shipping. I waited about 2 weeks for the products to arrive. When it did, the package was very small, so I knew at that moment that I was scammed. I opened the package and found 2 miniature folding chairs that were so flimsy that I wouldn't let my cat sit in them for fear that they would collapse or fall over with her. I immediately emailed the company (couldn't find a phone number anywhere on the website) and requested a refund. They came back with an offer of $8. After 9 emails back and forth with them, so far, they are now up to $53. I asked for the return shipping information and they would never give it to me. I wish I could add a picture on here. You'd all get a laugh at what they sent me.

I placed a order for a swing recliner on sale at Home Decor which is also part of Surprise Shopping I found out. I paid $68.88 with tax, they send me a $20.00 bench which I would never pay that much for what they sent.
I have back and forth with them daily for 12 days because their out of China.
They refuse to send me what I order unless I send back the bench at my cost to China.
Total lost $68.88 zero stars

It's best to avoid this company. In my opinion this is a Scam. I'm sending the claim I wrote to them after the lease.

History:
26.04.2019 11:00:00 we were at the airport Tivat TBA. No one's meeting us with a sign with my name.
Ask people in the neighborhood! They showed us the way to the SurPrice office. As a result, we approached the office at 11:30.

We were met by a young man. Demanded a printed rental voucher. Without him, he said, he wouldn't serve us.
We had papers, but we might not have.

We understand that the reception will not be good.

We wanted to add me as an additional driver to the order and make the main one.
Because Credit card for the Deposit for the car is has issued on me!

He said that this is not possible because the order is formed on economycarrentals and only they can change it.

He can only add an additional driver and "the possibility of using a Deposit from the second driver."
Appreciated the additional amenities of 200 euros.

We offered to change only the main driver, nothing more!

The Manager in a very rude way said that he cancels the order and we can not help. Because we don't let him get salary.

He asked me to sign a waiver, we didn'T sign.

Back home we returned to search for cars on Economycarrentals on 27.04.2009 on me,
without insurance of Windows and wheels and without full insurance.

And was very surprised that I received a EconomyCarRentals e-Voucher No: EC278449 for a SurPrice No: SCR605566 on 27.04.2019 11:00

27.04.2019 at exactly 11:00, we were SurPrice with a printout voucher for the rental.
At registration the Manager strongly suggested to add additional services of insurance.

We refused and here began!!!

Getting a car (on points):
1. The Manager said that ANY damages required to appeal to the police.
Appeal 30 euros, a Fine for an accident 40 euros.
If there are no documents from the police repair is carried out at a special price.
2. In addition to the Deposit of 550 euros, he writes on a special form card details (including CVV code)!!! What is it like? This simply should not be!

3. SurPrice does not have a list of existing damage to the machine. This means that you will find it. All will not notice then you will be shown.
4. There is no criteria for rating damage. Each point of either 1mm scratch is damage. And for it the company plans to take from 100 euros.
5. At primary inspection cars with mileage 22000 km were a lot of minor injuries. Dented threshold, broken plastic and so on.
6. When transferring the car, a separate act is filled with the state of the interior, the cleanliness of the car body, wheels and so on.
7. The tank was not full 5/8. As soon as we left the Suprice it immediately became 4/8.
8. The right front door is not locked when the car is locked with a key! Inside the car we kept things((((!!!

We were not afraid and took the car. Because we take care of any things.

The return of the car:
1. SurPrice demanded to wash the car outside, which was done (10 euros)
2. SurPrice demanded to vacuum the car from the inside, which was done (10 euros)
3. SurPrice demanded add fluid to the washer reservoir that was performed (2 Euro)
4. SurPrice said that they have some problems with the terminal and that the Deposit they can not return!

In total, I spent 22 euros to return the car.

Conclusion
1. The first order was cancelled EC995153 not legitimate! Please return the money spent on prepayment!
2. The second order EC278449 I received imposed cleaning services cars in the amount of 22 euros. Please return them!

I think the company has significantly distorted the standard conditions of renting the car. They forgot about the customer-oriented approach

Scam do not fall for any of there ads on Facebook or anywhere I'm trying to get Facebook to remove all their face advertising. Beware of this fraudulent company they haven't contacted me yet about the shoes I ordered.

FB was advertising shoes that I liked, so I went online and bought a pair. Thank God I used Pay Pal! when I did not receive the shoes, after almost a month, I tried emailing the same email address on the confirmation, NOTHING I tried several times, I kept getting phony messages of another pair purchased! Beware! They are still on Facebook!!! Pay Pal is getting my money back!! Or at least trying!

100% scam. They take product descriptions and pictures from real products, and mark the price down substantially on their fake BS site. Charge you, and then if they ship you anything at all.... it's a cheap pair of knock off earpods. Do not buy ANYTHING from these con artists. Their customer support (I'm laughing even calling it that) is literally nonexistent. No email response and phone numbers appear to be fake as well. I was angry enough to make an account on trustpilot to warn people against their amoral scam.

Cant contact the business in any way. I believe I have lost my money. I wonder how they can advertise on facebook when they are a scam.
