Their communication is outstanding, and they're quick and attentive when resolving any issues. A big shoutout to Rob for his past assistance. I have had a couple of shirts so far from here for my son who loves them. They are a great idea as a gift for someone who has everything! There was a minor issue with one i got over xmas ( club badge came off after 1st wash) I emailed the company and got a very prompt personal reply ( not your usual generic email ) The customer service is excellent and my problem was resolved straight away.

After being let down by another mystery shirt company, I turned to Surprise Shirts to save Christmas for me. From the get-go I experienced outstanding customer service from Rob and the team. They are an efficient and prompt team. The shirt my partner got is really cool and unique, a perfect fit on him and gift wrapped to perfection. We were also lucky enough to win a bonus gift (a scarf!). In a world where there are lots companies competing for your business, it's important to support the good ones, and Surprise Shirts is an example of how to do business properly. I bought a shirt and a scarf for my dad's birthday, as well as gift wrapping. The wrapping is branded but its subtle and if you hadn't gotten one before you wouldn't know what it is and it was perfectly wrapped. I got a Roma scarf and last season's Dortmund shirt which I couldn't be happier with. It shipped quickly and they left us goodies in the box. Couldn't recommend enough!

with the amazing deals i got a mystery box for £30.80 i ordered it and i got to pick everything i wanted to avoid i received it within 4 days when i received it it was packaged amazingly so that you couldnt see any of the kit i opened it and it was completely random ( i got adana demirspor ) it came in great quality and came with a little note talking about that club i love how it can be any of the 3 kits they released from any year i just ordered again yesterday cause it was so good and i highly recommend to anybody wanting a random shirt

Surprise football shirts are an independently run father and son company set up in the depths of lockdown. Today they have shirts from anywhere in the world.
Have been a subscriber for most of the year and sure number 12 will be arriving soon

Had a shirt thst i mistakenly tumble dried and the sponsor peeled straight off. Mentioned it on social.media and they sorting me a gift. My fault mind and they jumped on and were quick to contact me. Their shirts are great and so random which I absolutely love. Will keep getting them for a while

5 stars just doesn't do justice for how good this company is. They look after customers in a way that is beyond comparison in a world of cutting corners and outsourcing. They care about every customer and every order in a way that you would be forgiven for thinking you were dealing with a local greengrocer. They are helpful, friendly, professional and personable. If you contact them for order confirmation and further down the line ring them again more often than not they remember who you are from the last call. It's refreshing and it really does make them stand out. In addition to this the product is top notch. The kits are more often than not equal to the price you pay however some are actually cheaper than if you were to get them from other well known websites that specialise in football shirts. Add in the novelty of surprise and the occasional imperfect shirt order if you fancy paying 20 quid for a shirt which has a minor defect they really are a company that stands out among the rest. If you need further proof maybe check out some of their unboxing videos. To this point I have yet to see one where surprise shirts is reviewed with any negativity. I honestly believe for those that have used others (as I have in the past) and then come to surprise shirts, the likelihood is I doubt you'll go anywhere else after. They also have some good promo codes with partners such as clayts and tom FM on YouTube. Top company.

In to my 2nd year with a monthly subscription and I am yet to be disappointed yet with my surprise shirt each month. Done a few surprise/mystery shirts and this for me is the best. Very interactive with contact. A definite must for anyone wanting to get a surprise shirt.
