I was scammed by Surveoo - I received the minimum amount twice, but I never received my actual profits.Complaint against Cindy Coffin ( Pollsand Survegs Officer )

I am filing a formal complaint against ( Serveoo/CBX Research ) , which operates under the umbrella of the parent company ( CPX Holding GmbH ) registered in Germany, while its operations and active interactions with clients are managed from France .

I have been a customer from Egypt for nine months, from October 2024 to June 2025.

The conditions for receiving your winnings and bonuses are that you must reach a minimum of 1,100 Egyptian pounds. The minimum varies from country to country.

I reached the minimum twice, and I was among 200 winners. However, the minimum was transferred via PayPal, but the total winnings and bonuses were not transferred to PayPal. This is a scam. I have proof of everything, including screenshots, emails between me and employees, and my financial records. I have not been able to claim my rights from this fraudulent company.

I sent a message on the company's website, and manager Cindy Coffin responded by saying, "Your money has been transferred." I didn't understand what you wanted, but you got what you deserved.

Actually, I received the minimum, not the profits.

I sent a message to Surveoo employees via the company's app, demanding all profits and bonuses, not just the minimum of 1,100 Egyptian pounds. Unfortunately, the response was that company employees don't have the authority to interfere in management matters.

These are the names of all the Surveoo staff I worked with over the course of nine months of Surveoo surveys:

The company only transferred the minimum amounts to PayPal: EGP 1,173.8 and EGP 1,119.1. However, the main earnings and bonuses listed in the "Redeem" table have not been transferred for nine months.

Details:

First: Regarding the minimum amount of EGP 1,173.8, listed under "Redeem," these amounts due and not transferred to my PayPal account.
(191 individual amounts + 39 tables) are documented and organized in my internal account spreadsheet, totaling = EGP 1,173,837.
Second: Regarding the minimum amount of EGP 1,119.1, listed under "Redeem," these are the amounts due that have not been transferred to my PayPal account.
(141 amounts + 29 tables, totaling egypt pound = 1,106,274).
Total amount: 191 + 141 = 332.
Total sum of profits and bonuses
( 1,1173,837 + 1,106,274) egypt pound = 2,280,111 egypt pound
Two million, two hundred and eighty thousand, and one Egyptian pound.

Knowing that Surveyoo/cpx asked me to submit a positive review to Trustpilot to improve the company's image with customers, other companies, and the world, I did not do so because cpx research lacks credibility, and if the company discovers that I am submitting a negative review, it will threaten to close my file.

I have sent all the evidence to Trustpilot, and I am sending the complaint against Cindy Coffin ( Pollsand Survegs Officer ) to all official bodies and media outlets in Europe and America so that all customers and other companies know the truth about Surveoo.

Sorry, the number of surveys in my country is very little. There are days which There isn't even one survey. And most of surveys when you joint it doesn't work and tell you aren't qualified.Imagine I spent 3 months and all I earned is 25 dollars. And I am sorry about the time I lost. There is not any worrh and true value her. Some surveys I completed especially that is related to (taluna and cpx) and doesn't pay for me so I should compensated for that .

Several surveys don't pay us. They quit the questions and show the message that we don't serve to answer before we gave all the answer they want. This is ultrageous!

It's very offensive that Africans don't have any survey to even participate at all this bad... but you create more survey opportunities for those aboard in europe and America this is so unfair and you don't want us using vpn.

So far, Surveoo surveys have been quick and easy. The process is very simple and they can be completed quickly, taking only a few minutes to finish. They always encourage users with bonuses. I hope to be able to collect payment for these activities soon.

Surveys are payed bad,less then 1 Ron in Romania plus some Have errors and they take a lot of your Time.4 to 5 Times lesser then the minimum wage.don't know who actually types the good reviews.

The platform is very user-friendly and easy to use. On the other hand, the surveys are very clear. However, the survey payments charged to my account so far have been extremely low. I recommend upgrading the payment to something more reasonable.

I want to transfer my prize to my "Shopee pay account" because I'm a regular customer of this platform and I see the title of the available reward is show "Shopee pay" on the webpage but your web is block this choose a prize. Why your web must block this prize?. I make a complaint the support of this web, the support is that provide chat services is "forced to choose virtual card". In Thailand, Virtual card is difficult to use, it is not known and not popular, Therefore, there are very few places to use it. In Thailand, what rewards can I redeem with your web?. I feel that your web not honest and hide many details with the member. Customer service is lame. I got an issue with certifying my account as i didn't receive the confirmation code sent to my phone number i provided. My account is stacking and I can't do anything without getting the code. I've been trying to reach the customer service for the solution but no response yet.

I thought it is wise to come back here and edit my review. The issue is now solved (today. may 20, 2025). But, still i argue the customer service team to be punctual.
