keep gettking survey everyday but they do not open for me to be able to work on them

scam website takes forever to cash out and never get any surveys that pay. Joke website stay away

Total scam website. I joined today and only got one survey out of six to work. After that one survey worked and I was awarded points, I received the following e-mail:

Thank you so much for your participation to date. SurveyHoney maintains high standards for the quality of our responses. Unfortunately, you have not provided responses consistent with our quality requirements and are no longer eligible for future surveys. Thank you for your time!

I was a member of Survey Honey for over a year. It took forever to get enough to cash out. A day or two after I cashed out they sent me an email saying my account was suspended because of poor quality answers. I have always answered diligently and honestly to all surveys with them. I truly believe they did this to avoid having to pay me my incentive. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and others!

Be aware was a faithful user who did polls on a daily basis and answered surveys correctly but they discontinue my account after years of being a faithful member. User beware don't use this site

This company is the worst! Stay away! I had been taking surveys for a while and out of the blue for no reason they suspended my account and accused me of fraudulent activity.

My account has been suspended today after trying to access surveys. I haven't been eligible for surveys for many weeks, and haven't accessed survey honey in all of July. This site for surveys is a waste of time. I was $13.00 in my collections and now that has been lost! Avoid this site!

I had been with this site for only a few short days to I think a week at most. I was just doing just fine with taking surveys and all, however, all of a sudden, I was notified that my account had gotten suspended due to "low quality" participation, which made no sense to me at all. I tried filing a support ticket on the website to report this, only for it to not to go through due to "no internet." I'm not sure what is going on here, but I, can't in good faith recommend doing surveys with this company due to the reason I just described above. I've been with many other survey only platforms, and I never have this happen to me. Honestly, what a scammy company.

The daily polls are poorly written - I often see embarrassing errors in spelling, grammar, syntax, etc. Does anyone proofread it? And the maturity level of the questions often sounds like a middle school student wrote them. In addition, much of the time I try to take a survey but get told it's no longer available, or I don't qualify for it - but I'm told these things BEFORE i even get to answer one single question! It's like I'm caught in an endless loop of being denied, and I don't know why. It also takes a very long time to earn enough to cash out, due to most surveys paying very small amounts (if you can ever even qualify for one).

I do a lot of surveys and have been on tons of sites so I'm use them not liking me because I do surveys fast just because I am use to them. I joined Surveyhoney.com and they are doing the same thing to me.
just because I do them fast, they think I am cheating or not doing them right. I am not a moron and read very fast so it doesn't take me long to do them. Why should I get my account suspended just because I am fast and don't take eons to read questions. Why do they punish people for being fast readers?
I usually email a site when this happens and they respond pretty fast. This site was slow and I emailed them twice. They just gave the same canned answer about follow all the rules, blah , blah , blah. I made sure I did them slowly and clicked the right answer and got suspended within a half an hour of getting it back online. What the heck! I also kept getting a message saying i had more than one survey from them opened but I didn't. They need to fix their site and stop blaming the user. I am not to far from cashing out so I just want to get to cashout.

I HAVE ONLY BEEN DOING SURVEYS FOR SURVEY HONEY FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS.SURVEY HONEY KEEPS TELLING ME THAT THEY CAN NOT VERMY PAY PAL ACCOUNT AND THEY ARE ASKING FOR MY CHECKING ACCOUNT NUMBER AND MY ROUTING NUMBER. TO VERIFY MY PAY PAL.IS THIS THE RIGHT THING TO DO?CAN'T SURVEY HONEY VERIFY MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT BY USING MY EMAIL ADDRESS. MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT DETAILS SHOULD BE PRIVATE.THIS NOT INFROMATION I WOULD WANT ON THE INTERNET. TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK TRUST PILOT.

Generally, the surveys ate plentiful and give opportunity to pick up a few bucks every few weeks. But lately, the links have not been opening surveys for days at a time.

I was a member for over 2 years. A member of several other sites as well where I am a diamond or platinum member. I even moderate two well known survey communities. One day I get this: "Our researchers require very engaged survey respondents that consistently provide thoughtful answers. Based on your participation to date, unfortunately we can no longer offer you more surveys to participate in."
This was due to errors in their survey's. Errors I reported to them and they chose to do nothing about. Even the error message itself had spelling errors until I pointed it out to them as an example of the poor survey implementation. They consistently have answer choices that are missing necessary answers to move on, such as "none" or "other", forcing you to either lie to continue the survey, or quit because you cannot answer. Either will get you this error. Even though it's THEIR fault. I explained this to them and even showed them examples of them multiple errors in their survey's, yet they continue to keep my account locked and they stole the $12.xx in my account. Very poor survey implementation and very unprofessional.

*The response below is false. They re-instated my account for 5 minutes, then locked my account again. Why? I have no idea.

Easy site to make points for money!

I had the same experience as Mr. Rubio. Almost had the necessary 1800 points and then disqualified. Too many late disqualifications, bad experience. Don't waste your time with them.

I like SurveyHoney surveys. Most of them don't take very long to do and a lot of them I don't qualify for however even if you don't qualify you get points for trying. It only takes 1800 points before you get a payout if you'd like, or you can wait and get more.

Im not sure where all these good reviews are coming from on here for Survey Honey. I’ve done my share of surveys and this is WORST company out of them all! I spend hours to even get a survey to take me and then it either freezes or I’m kicked out at the very end for some very dumb reasons. And surveys I get started on over and over again are normal everyday things they want to know about anyone could answer but I get kicked off the survey OVER and OVER again! I’ll get half way thru a survey and then……KICKED!! OR! I get almost done or have been done a few times and last second I’m KICKED!! So many times! Im 1$ to cash out and I’ve been trying to get that 1$ now for the last 3 weeks! Makes NO damn sense at all! I have 0 problems with all the other survey companies but I wasted SO much time on this company!! Im scared to death to see how complicated it is to get the money I earned! Im getting that 1$ and cashing out and I’m DONE!!! Never looking back!

Scam!!!.Don't do surveys for this company.I was about to get $18 payout and they decided to suspend my account .I always take my time on surveys and answer truthfully .Don't waste your time

I enjoy the opportunity to answer survey questions on various topics. It's a very relaxing way to use your spare time.

I treasure the ability to provide my feedback in surveys. The surveys are always very interesting and keep my attention. I also love the fact that you can be rewarded for your participation! This is a great survey company and I hope to be with them for a long time.
