Ease of use; reporting.

user friendly interface - very intuitive

Always had good experience in receiving reviews. Have been able to work with reviews to provide better service to our clients.

SurveyMonkey has been a useful tool for me as the administrator of my physician group. I use it for traditional surveys but also for annual performance reviews. It is easy to use and has made my job more efficient.

Survey Monkey has always been user friendly and continues to prove its worth.

I would like to see more flexibility in reporting and exporting data once it’s been collected. It would also be good to be able to export surveys in formats other than pdf (Word, for example).

Straight forward tool to use , the sign-in process is a bit awkward, however, once you get pass this the creation of new and review of existing surveys is pretty easy

It is a user friendly platform to collect data!

Suggestions:
It would be helpful to include the following enhancements on the survey page:

1. Checkbox(s) to capture participants' consent for marketing communications and other T&Cs.

2. The ability to upload multiple images, rather than being limited to just one

3. An image library feature to save and reuse uploaded images

4. Allow users to save their progress and return to complete the survey later

You Bots are terrible. I could never get an answer

Their bundling packages don't always align with how the product is actually used. I tried to work with the account exec on options, but it was not a very successful conversation, whether she didn't have the authority to work beyond what's available online or just didn't know, it's unclear. We are basically now figuring these things out own. Not a helpful conversation, but a decent platform.

The product is easy to customize & utilize ad it's quite affordable :-)

Easy to use, intuitive, with excellent database of example questions

I am happy with the platform which is why it gave it two stars, however the "bait and switch" procing was very disappointing. I logged in several times and received a listed price only to be charged a significant amount more. Then I went through several employees only to continually get the run around and fake reasons as to why I was over charge (form my internet location, to add ons, to the cost is actually for a year [even when it clearly states monthly cost not yearly like the others , as I can read], then to actually having a different price billed, than the multiple prices supposedly presented? the experience is extremely disappointing, and i felt as if I did not purchsae the entire year (which of course was a different price than advertised) i would be completely ripped off. I think you offer a good product but need to be honest and up front about the costs. It is ok to charge for a good product. I will tell everyone to be weary of your financial practices.
Side note: I was offered to used the 105.00 I was charge per month (35.00 was advertised) towards the year as a credit, only to have 77.00 applied!!! Again just another dishonest practice.

Features are meh, and they don't let you downgrade easily. if you miss your cancellation window even by 1 day, you get autobilled for the full year (happened to us). don't recommend.

good interface to design surveys. it stores past data and gives good reports.

Creating a survey, setting up email collectors and other methods of collecting responses and also collecting data of the responses are very simple and manageable without the need for an IT person.
