This company is highly deceptive. I did the free version and sent out my survey to over 50 people (all of which I know). Over 30 of them confirmed for me that they responded to the survey. Unfortunately I was only able to access 6 of the surveys with the free version. But I get it. They are a business and need to make money.

I have no need for ongoing access as this was a one time thing. However, I wanted the information from this one so I paid the 1 time monthly fee planning to cancel after the first month. The website showed I could only access 6 of the 30+ responses until I upgraded. I paid the $105 to access these. Once I did all it showed was the initial 6 responses.

I know for a fact that there were more than that because I personally submitted a response to the survey that was not 1 of the 6.

I contacted customer service. Started with a chatbot. Have now received emails from 4 different people all saying the same thing. They don't have any more than the 6 original responses and will not refund any of what I paid even thought their site said I had 30+ responses.

Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before paying for the survey. It seems this is pretty normal for SurveyMonkey. Do not waste your money. They are highly unethical and dishonest.

Amazing Service when I needed it most! I accidentally changed the URL for a client's survey in the field. This URL and the related QR code had been distributed to thousands of people. And it was Saturday. I emailed support, and somehow they fixed it. This was not an enterprise account, and the error was absolutely on my end. I am so impressed by this fast response to what was the worst work mistake I have ever made. I will be a customer for life!

If you allow phishing scammers to continually use your website to send malicious emails, then in my opinion you are complicit - or at the very least, not doing your job well enough.

At this point for me, any emails from member at surveymonkeyuser.com are now blocked and reported as spam. You literally cannot be trusted.

The ability to analyze the data has tremendously helped visualize our data in the pharmacy! It has really been amazing!

Avoid Survey Monkey! I wanted to try 1 month and turned off the auto pay. Somehow it was turned back on and they charged me an additional month. I will have to completely delete my account because I feel they will once again flip it to auto renew, There is a reason why people chose 1 month because it is much more expensive but it allows users to try 1 month to determine on their own if they want to continue. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

I set up a simple data log for hedgehog rescues - just a comparison of intakes from last year and this year. I got 5 results, and it said I could see 5 of 25 responses but needed to upgrade to see more than 5.
It turned out I only had 5 responses. I paid £75 for a one month subscription I didn't need in order to see that I only had 5 responses. Lying. Thieving.
I will never ever use or suggest or even fill one in, in my life again.

Survey monkey has always been reliable and accurate. Never an issue for over 10 years with the company

Subscription-base packages are phenomenal. Those investing in the Free package need to know their surveys are capped at 25 replies unless they upgrade to a purchased subscription.

I appreciate the ease of use regarding generating surveys. I also like that I am notified when surveys are completed as this makes it easy to include checking results in my daily workflow.

This is a source of junk email that I can't get rid of. All I did was answer a questionnaire from a hospital appointment, and I am now lumbered with some kind of account and endless junk emails. There seems to be no way to unsubscribe from this junk, without login to an account which I cannot do.
This company needs reporting for breach of GDPR

Offered a basic plan to receive 25 responses, only gave me 5 and told I need to pay to get the other 20!!

Horrible, shady, sneaky, overpriced...all very good words to describe this garbage site. You spend a lot of time building a survey with no mention of fees until your done. Then all options to share require paying premium charges.. $30 a month for basic, wow! WHY?They have metrics showing they are at the bottom of each category they are in. They are bad, MOSTLY 1 star reviews.

This is a basic survey tool. It gets the job done but it doesn't have great reporting visuals. I also do not like that it is IP based for logins. I frequently have to clear my cache/cookies for other websites and then Survey Monkey doesn't recognized my device and I have to register it again. It tells me I only get 10 of these per year; this is an obnoxious practice. Additionally, it is extremely hard to get support. We had a billing issue one time where they couldn't locate our payment. You can't just call and talk to someone; it was a pain.

responses are very low quality. there is no control over quality and users can just submit junk in less than 10 seconds.

Very easy to use. Tips are useful. I really like the collation of results - assists in reporting.

Best purchase! Very user friendly.
