The company is a scam! Referred people, reached out to support multiple times both via the BOT (what joke, best way to annoy people) and via email. DON'T waste your time. Plus you can complete survey at the very end, we already have enough of your demographic! Why send the SURVEY? TO SCAM PEOPLE.. They are clearly scamming both consumer and client. Will be interested if they respond to this review, as They don't respond to emails. ANOTHER SIGN they are scamming people

This company is a mixed bag. The surveys are pleantyful and sometimes the payments go through ok. However other times my payment had failed. I dont know why. It happened last time. They sorted it and then my account was blocked and I had to contact them again. I got a generic response of your block has been removed. I dont think I'm doing anything wrong. I also have an account with Crowdology. Dont know if thats the cause but its very frustrating.

This company is rip off. They have you complete surveys to the end or nearly the end then give you some fake excuse why they won't pay you.
They block you or cancel your account without giving you any advance notice or reason. This way they can steal your time and keep the money you've already earned by taking surveys. Also the payouts are small in relation to what other survey platforms are paying. Avoid these thieves, there are much better survey platforms out there.

Absolute thieves. They don't pays for long surveys undertaken far too often. they even take funds away from you without any explanation. I have raised 2 queries this week where I have not been paid and both times got a bog standard email asking me what it is I am trying to achieve???? AVOID. There are much better survey companies out there than this one.

Don't use this site, it's a scam

I saw their ad on TV a few weeks ago and tried it out. I was able to complete two surveys which gave me $6.50. Apparently you need to accumulate $20 before you can withdraw. Since then they've emailed me about 5 or 6 times with new surveys.Each time I go to do the survey, I get a message, something like "we already have enough people for this survey". Finally I just uninstalled it because, well it doesnt seem legitimate to me at all

this pile piece of waste company don't care about their customer. i message them through Facebook and their trashy customer service as to why my account is banned they always response back by saying not everyday I will get a survey but it been a month and still I haven't gotten any survey so, l filed a complaint to BBB (Better business Bureau) about my problem then they replied back to me by actually reviewing my account so basically between the whole month of me complaining about my problem I have with my account, they are out there letting their automatic bot reply back the same thing over and over again on both Facebook and their support tab. Also, I created a account on surveyrewardz to start fresh and continuing earning money but I can't seem to do survey on my private home but in public area it seem to work just fine so i filed a complain on BBB but the complain I send to them is put into my previous complain so, I had to go their support and message them my complain and they still haven't replied back to me. I used to love them in the past but every since they partner up with that trash company called "Cint" they have refuse to reply to any complain you have or just ignore and let their bot handle it until you actually file complain on them on the BBB website. Go to Better Business Bureau and file a complain you want to send to them.

I have been with survey rewardz australia for a few years now and until recently enjoying doing their surveys as i am disabled and love doing surveys several times a week, as it keeps my mind active. As they recently changed their system of sending out surveys, [ about 6-7 weeks ago ] i find myself shut out of receiving any surveys i can complete AT ALL! i feel abandoned as i have sent a few requests to check out why i am getting knocked back on every survey they offer me as soon as I click on to start one! They do nothing when i contact them except the old run around of " make sure your profile is up to date" I don't know if they are trying to get rid of me and i don't know what i have done to offend them? I have always had a good relationship with them, but they have not sent me a survey that i can qualify for at least 6 weeks!!! very frustrating!

I was recently paid by surveyrewardz and it did not take them long to pay me. (2 days) But since then I cannot get onto their site.

why did they remove the support tab from their new system doesn't it seem scummy to anyone. i think they did so they don't have to listen to people's complaints and take people's money. I did with a survey and it said it takes 1-4 business but it is past that and they haven't paid me yet

Loved this site! But got blocked for some reason and no longer get emails,

I haven't been able to take a survey for 3 days, I also stopped getting my two dailey emails from them, has anyone else had the same problem.
Before this they were fine.

They block your account without any reason and there's no way to resolve any issue because the "customer care" service is just automatic responses... rude automatic responses! Even if you are blocked they keep sending you spam on the email and you cannot unsubscribe because the unsubscribe page is broken, like the whole service!!!

They are AWFUL! They block your account without any reason and when you try to contact them they reply with automatic messages that don't make no sense! Fortunately there are a lot of better platforms out there...

Surveyrewardz is absolutely ridiculous!!!

They send multiple surveys a day to your email. It states you will get 2 cents if you don't qualify and most of the time you don't even get that.
Most of the surveys rip you off for payment. For example, you will be offered $1.00 to complete a survey. You will waste your time answering all the detailed questions and at the end of the survey you will receive a pop up message that the survey was"not a good fit" for you because they are looking for targeted survey taker-example Female, 30-40 years of age, etc. Your profile already have this information and the survey ask you this information at the end so it can disqualify and do not have to pay you.

Meanwhile they gathered all the information they were looking for (some of information is personal), paid their affiliates, and you get nothing!!! They got a free completed survey from your valuable time.

The other bad part is you have to wait for a certain amount in your account to cash out which will take forever.

Positive reviews are probably written by employees.

Don't do business with scam artists!
