Though we try our best to pre-qualify you for all surveys, there's always a possibility that you are deemed 'not a match' should you not fit the exact criteria our partners are looking for. Also, when a survey invite goes out, it can attract more Branded Surveys Members than originally planned and they fill up really quickly.
To report any future survey issues, use our "Report Issue" tool. This allows our team specialists to review the survey and credit you with the points you deserve, especially on ones that you've invested a lot of time in or encounter issues halfway/tail-end of the survey. Here's how:
1. Go to 'My Points' on your dashboard (bottom right 'more' button for mobile).
2. Scroll down and click 'Report Issue.'
3. Choose 'Report Issue' next to the specific survey.
Please note the button is available for 24 hours after attempting a survey. If it's not there, reach out to our support team for assistance.

Gets more and more useless on here
Gets more and more useless on here. Amazing that it takes minutes for Branded to reject a query, but days and days and days to resolve one!!!!!!
Surveys get worse. Technical errors are 75% of the time, and disqualifications are 80% of the time. A complete waste of time. There are far better, reputable and honest survey sites available.

Your surveys would be a lot better if…
Your surveys would be a lot better if they were more reliable. For example, I don't like when I would go through an entire survey (or most of the survey) only to find out towards the end (or at the end) that I don't even qualify for the survey or you got enough people needed, and I end up getting absolutely nothing. Now I realize why some people don't invest all of their time on this website alone in taking surveys; because again, your surveys are not reliable!

Good way to earn a little extra, but not perfect
I’ve used Branded Surveys for a while now, and overall it’s a legit way to make a little extra money in your free time. The surveys are easy to complete, and there’s usually a decent amount available depending on the day. I like that the platform is simple to use and payouts are fairly straightforward once you hit the minimum.
That said, it’s not perfect. You can get screened out of surveys after answering a few questions, which gets frustrating. Also, the pay per survey isn’t very high, so it’s definitely not something you can rely on as real income—more just extra spending money.
Overall, I’d recommend it if you’re just looking to earn a little on the side and don’t mind the occasional disqualification.

I loved Branded Surveys, at first…
I loved Branded Surveys at first—the surveys were interesting, and I loved how every day there is a quick poll/question that can add points to your profile. I also loved the different elite tiers with the chance to get bonus points. However, once I become a gold member, I had many different issues. Suddenly, every survey is either full or I don’t qualify. Sometimes you don’t find out you don’t qualify until you have spent 5-10 mins answering questions which I think is bogus because you don’t get any credit for that time spent. I also started having problems with the website. I would be in the middle of a survey, and the site would crash—suddenly it lost connection with the web or the survey would freeze/malfunction with the inability to recover where I left off. There have been countless times recently where I have spent 15-30 mins with nothing to show for it because of these issues, so I would just give up. I read on here where people have had issues getting their payout with randomly getting locked out of their acct when they tried to get paid (among other issues). I’ve chosen to cash out what I had and won’t be returning to Branded Surveys unless these issues are fixed. They seem to be common complaints amongst many.
