i cant believe they say i dont exist

Surveysavvy has stopped paying me for completed surveys yet keeps on sending me new surveys. They use to pay me quickly now they are not paying me at all. I am no longer taking their surveys. Ripoff!

There are never any surveys available, and it's so difficult to contact them as well. Horrible experience.

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews about this company. I have never had any issues with them. Have cashed out many times with them now, and always received a check. I would rather get a check in the mail than that stupid Paypal etc...where you have to pay fees. Just wish Canadians could participate in the SurveyConnect (USA only).

I took a survey almost a month ago and it was a very long survey that was a hr or more long. I completely finished it and I was asked at the end if asked would I take the survey again by the survey giver and I said yes and they thanked me for finishing it. And there was a screen popped up from survey savvy telling me I could withdraw with one week up to 2 weeks. So they clearly knew I took the survey. But since then nothing shows that I took the survey. I was suppose to receive 10 or 20 dollars for that survey. I've sent them the survey ID and everything. And still they say they are waiting for the survey to finish out. It's been finished out. They are not acknowledging that I even took it. But still send me other surveys to take. I'm not taking any surveys again from them. They cheat and keep your money.

The payment method is available in cheque for US residents only which is not stated when you register.

Been a member for years and finally got enough to cash out only to find that they don't offer any way to cash out for their Australian members and don't provide an answer other than they don't at this time when asked why theyve wasted my time and effort

I've used this site for several years but recently ran into some issues and it's always the same lady that tends to the emails or calls. The vibe I get from her is abrupt and slightly annoyed. She made me feel less than during a support call. Seriously considering discontinuing my account because of the unpleasant experience.

They take a long time to pay, but they do pay. You will earn more by installing the SavvyConnect extension. I requested $60 and didn't receive the check, but I contacted support, and they investigated. Two weeks later, I got the check in the mail. Make even more when others sign up through your referral link! You can request payment when you earn as little as $1.00.

Completed a 3 hour survey on July 3rd 2024. I spent 2 hours doing a recorded interview with an AI on then 1 hour computer survey.
I was supposed to be paid $60.
After emailing customer service for weeks. I was told that I was not qualifed.
3 hours of work for nothing. Scammers!!

Finally got my check that i requested on dec 13th. they used to pay $5 per device, now they only pay $3 - it takes months months for completed surveys to credit and then months to get paid. seriously not worth the hassle anymore. i expect they will close up shop and leave people hanging for all the money they are owed.

I feel this site is really well made! I think you could get paid faster is all but other that it.samazing!

I can no longer recommend this company. They like to play games more than tend to your account. I have been waiting since August for my check, and they are well aware of it. I have also advised them that I have not received my October check. They do not care and are providing no assistance.

I've read some reviews and I have an answer for the people that cash there checks at Wal-Mart. Don't do it. Go to a real bank. It's very simple nowadays to have a bank account or a prepaid card through a bank. Walmart says a lot of checks are Bad. I think the surveys is a scam but not the money you get from having the app or the checks you receive in the mail. Originally review: Not a good company and the reviews out there that says they are a good company that is a scam all by itself. They get you to do the survey and then tell you you don't meet the criteria. It's a scam. The legit reviews will warn you of this. I understand they say there seeing if you meet the criteria. Asking me how I clean my kitchen and how I use the cleaner. That's not seeing if I meet the criteria. It took 15 minutes out of my day just to be scammed. If anyone decides to sue this company I want in on it.

Good way to earn money by answering questions and giving opinions but they take longer to pay than ANY other survey company in the business. I cashed out $20 on 12/21, today is 2/7, still no check. I wrote them and they told me 4-12 weeks. They only send payment by check when every other company on the planet offers Paypal or e-gift cards either instantly or within a couple day's. 4-12 weeks is RIDICULOUS!

I hope that they pay more faster but to be honest the amount they pay u is just amazing one of the best survey sites there is

stay away from them... they are a rip off !!!!! you fill out the surveys and earn the cash but when it comes time to pay you not only do you have to wait for check but now you cant cash it because the bank cant verify that it is in fact a REAL CHECK you send emails to them and they never respond.

I have this app installed on my computer for a lousy $5 a month. I don't know how many times it says it's crashed and then it takes out my computer. Today was the last straw. I have cancer and am dying. I had tabs open of all my doctors this coming week, tabs of houses I was looking at to DIE in, cars I was looking at to buy before I die and it crashed and I can't get any of it back. This has LITERALLY RUINED MY LIFE. I now have no idea what houses I've been looking at (was looking in 12 states), what cars, or what doctors appts I have coming up. THIS APP HAS LITERALLY CAUSED ME TO DIE IN MISERY NO

Scam scam you win nothing same top 3 people winning monthly prizes really cause they have all these new people joining yer right.. normal people get 3000 points NOT MONEY but top 3 mmm they find 50000 points a month SCAM o then they win prizes your never get a thing NO MONEY or monthly PRIZES joke joke joke
