Thank you trust pilot, I'm glad I've checked on your website for Susam as I was just about to purchase an item that was for £180 .

I too want to say thank you Trustpilot. I was a bit suspicious of Susam. Turns out I was right. Sometimes if it seems too good to be true, it is.

Thanks trust pilot, without reading the reviews I was about to part with a couple of hundred quid to Susam that I would never see again

Companies like this make me so angry, that they are trying to steal my money and not supply any goods, why don't they get a proper job and stop being do greedy.

I was just about to order a Breville edge toaster as it came up in a google search and I pressed on the link. I became suspicious as it was so cheap in comparison to everywhere else. so I googled the company and trust pilot came up. Having read the reviews I did not order. I was right to be suspicious I think.

Definitely a SCAM website. i have ordered two things and haven’t got them, have emailed them but no email back. just pleased i didn’t put my card details in as it was cash on delivery. i would stay well away

so I saw all the reviews and I saw a monitor on susam that is extremely cheap for 4 pounds which is so unusual and crazy I am about to order it so I don't know if its a scam through out all the reviews I saw they were really negative and crazy so I am testing to see if its a scam or not but thanks to the people who wrote the review.

FYI(for your info/information):And also the very cheap monitor is for my 9 year old daughter who is getting a gaming setup very very soon and she is so exited and when I was looking for monitor the susam monitor cuaght my eye and I was really intrested in it so I don't know I might order or not order it so to the people who are about to order from susam read this message and the others first before you oder ASAP(as soon as possible)

!SCAM ALERT!
Do not even go anywhere near this website guys because just look at it and the how the prices are low of very cheap products, you can tell its obviously a definate scam.
Never go on the website susam or it will hack your details and hack your bank card if you put your details in in

It’s a Scam website I’ve been trying to buy lawnmower £100 cheaper than the others retailers, but there is option to pay for it it says cash on delivery that made it a bit suspicious and I checked the reviews on trustpilot and everyone had same problem

Brilliant site as it looked so genuine.
HOWEVER having failed to complete a transaction I tried phoning the website and was put through to an answer machine four times so got suspicious.
Checked the company on Trustpilot and saw the reviews.
Guess the Coffee machine deal was too good to be true!

They are scammers. I ordered for a laptop, a microphone was delivered to me instead packaged as if it was a laptop. Guys beware of this website

Came across this site, much cheaper than others, tried to order but when cash on delivery was the only option, it made me think something is not right. So I used the mobile number online to try what's app messaging to find alternative payment method, when it came up, invite to what's app, another flag, surely their advertised what's app should be connected to what's app, email didn't open from hyperlink. Then I thought let me Google the legitimacy of this site.

Not sure how other reviewers (only a few) can claim a legitimate shopping experience.

I am just rating 1 star I am just rating 1 star as I am not sure about this site I was looking for a Breville HotCup Hot Water Dispenser, all other sites are between £32 to £45 and at Susam is £19, soon I opened the site bunch of adverts popped up, I thought this site is not genuine and redirect me to Trustpilot. on here some people comment with 5 stars is it true or do scammers write the reviews and why is this site still open?

This just seems to be a website that makes all of it's revenue by pretending to sell hard to find in demand items at bargain prices only and then hoping that people visiting its shady site click on the multiple ads on the site. Doesn't appear to accept card details, only cash on delivery and no one seems to have been able to buy any goods.

This is a scam website which entices people who want to order something but the price shown is about half that of Amazon or eBay prices - and what they do is set up a page for that item you are looking for - and order and then pay a page in which the unsuspecting customer inputs their name, address, telephone number, bank card etc.
The scammers then use these details for scam calls - such as " hello.I'm Sebastian. I'm calling from your bank fraud department". So, basically they call you impersonating your bank, have psychologically engineered scripts and enough information to make you believe it is all totally legit. They may start by telling you that small amounts have been stopped for Uber eats etc but then say tell you to that "people are taking money out right now" - encouraging haste, and if you try to call your own bank they will give you the number to call which basically is a call to another scammer...
They also like to say that "if you contact the police or another bank department then it could compromise this case".
So, we received one of these calls recently and managed to detect it was a scam, but they are professional. And it's amazing how convincing they are.
My advice - when you are looking to buy anything online and it's for half the price, be that a book for £1.99 or a kitchen appliance, stop and think. Why's this so cheap? Chance's are they are scammers - attempting to gain your details for use by them or selling on to other scammers.
