Inferior purchase of ‘quilted bag’

I ordered on line - it was indicated it was a U.K. country and the bag would be top quality and quilted.
This is not true - the item came from abroad. It is of inferior quality and material. The material of the handle does not match the rest of the bag.
Very disappointed and as it’s a present - I will give and then buy a nicer gift .
Feel misled by the company and they are misrepresenting their products

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Not all it appears to be. Seem to have several companies using same story - closing down due to landlord putting up rent. Brilliant marketing. But a scam.
Items are made in China - not independently as is suggested. Shoddily made. An adequate bag, but worth only a portion of charge.
Have to return to China - lowest cost I managed to find was £25!
Would give no stars if available

Please do not buy

SCAM BAGS - Beware

I had seen companies like this one selling pretty bags online for a while. Then whilst on Facebook I saw they were having a closing down sale (that's a scam too) and in the wee small hours of the morning I stupidly ordered one. I was wary when I saw they did not use PayPal - but went ahead anyway.

As everyone else says - the bags are just printed pictures of cats and dogs and have no 3-D embroidery. They use AI-generated pictures to scam us. I paid £34 for mine. Although the bag is perfectly acceptable (well-made and colourful) it is only worth about £8-£10.

The company pretends to be in the UK - offering free postage from Royal Mail, but are actually (surprise surprise) in China. The cost of the return is prohibitive and non-refundable. So just cut your losses and keep the bag - but accept a refund if offered.

To be on the safe side I blocked my credit card and requested a new one - you cannot be too careful with these scammers.
I also think Facebook should be held culpable for allowing these adverts - now they know they originate from scammers.
