This company is fraudulent, they sell faulty goods and don't refund you your money!
Stay away from this business, I will be reporting them to trading standards!!!

I ordered a product on the 23rd September was told 12-14 days delivery which is fine as of the 23rd of October and a few emails with zero response finally had a tracking update still in china apparently awaiting flight DO NOT use this company I have asked for refunds but the apparent contact is email goes nowhere at all

Ordered product via VIP express, orders still not shipped after 14 days, have tried to contact with no response, do not buy from this company

Complete and utterl waste of my time and money ,does not work for anything ,lesson learned

After using product they asked for a review. I was honest giving 1 star saying it didn't work for me at all. Straight away they messaged me telling me that if I removed the review they would refund my money. Silly me removed the review to be told it was too late for a refund but they would send more product free.I tried to put review back up but it won't let me. Don't be fooled by this company like I was so beware everyone please.

I placed an order on July 5 for a health supplement product. Reached out to them 10 days later to find it still has not been shipped and it is coming from China. I have asked for a refund and all they have offered is a small discount on a future order. Terrible customer service stay away from this company.

Avoid at all costs, poor communication lie about timelines items not posted when they claim they are.

I placed their order for Yerba Magic in April. and waits for 3 months and still nothing now they say it's here but have been in contact with post en here and it's still with them. Now I ask my money back they only come with excuses

Ordered something through them they said the would notify me when shipped have not heard from them i have messaged the 2 times already and got no response back so i can chulk it up as a loss so no i would recomend ordering anything from this company at all dont give them your money cause they will take it and not send you your order

Told takes 30 days to work. Bought 3 months supply of 2 different products. BURN and MAX gummies. Did not work/feel effects after 2 months. Reached out to seller. Couldn't give refund after 30 day. Sent begging messages via ticktock shop to remove negative reviews. Avoid at all costs. Waste of money

This product is fake and falsley advertised.
When you then write a review they promise to deal with the case by refunding you once you have removed the review. They bombard you with begging emails to remove it, once you remove it they close the case. Do not waste your time or money with this company.

Ordered products on 17th sept2024.no products received emails and watsap messages never replied to.so no product no refund😡😡
