Absolute scam. The app doesn’t work and it charged me $40 unlawfully. Don’t throw your money.

Boiler starts leaking at 8pm the night before Easter, at end of week 2 of the covid-19 lockdown. For once I lucked out on a random Google search. They immediately picked up my call and were at my address within 45 minutes, in full protective kit and insistant on maintaining minimum 2 meter distance (another relief). Job completed and problem solved within the hour and on the quote (which was decent). Very personable and professional. I wont use anyone else going forward. Superb.

We had Kenny resolve our plumbing problem. He was great, efficient and clean and kept me informed of what he was doing. He is competitively priced. I can say he is the best plumber we have ever used and fully recommend him.

We had a plumbing emergency with water coming through our ceiling in the dead of night. After spending 3 hours trying dozens of "24 hours emergency" plumbers and having no one answer we stumbled across Kenny's number with Sussex plumbers. He answered almost immediately and was with us within the hour (it would have been sooner but driving conditions were dangerous with heavy fog and icy roads). He conducted a detailed investigation and identified the issue and remedied it saving any further property damage. He was very friendly and explained things in terms we could understand and wrote a comprehensive report on what he had done and what action would be required to set everything right (we had just that day had works completed by another company, which had gone wrong) I thoroughly recommend Kenny as the only 24 hrs emergency cover that actually is as advertised, I will never waste my time calling for any others if I have an out of hours emergency again. He was timely, thorough and very professional leaving me with nothing but absolute confidence in his work. Thank you for saving our house. You will be the company of choice for any plumbing works required in the future and I won't hesitate to recommend your services to others.

Absolutely superb service. We had a burst water pipe over Christmas. Kenny came out within the hour. He clearly explained the call out fees before he came out.
Very polite and fixed the pipe incredibly quickly. He made sure everything was fully working before he left.
I can’t recommend him highly enough and will definitely be using him again.

We had no hot water or central heating working. Kenny arrived exactly as promised and got straight on the job. He is very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix the issue. He kept us well informed and gave thorough explanations of what he had done. When you have an emergency we would definitely recommend him .

Just had Kenny out to do a full system drain after puttting a screw through an upstairs radiator pipe this afternoon. Called at 8.40pm and here within the hour. Great work, pipe fixed and replaced. Also took off the radiator so I could plaster the wall behind! Top man, thanks again - Will (with the black eye..)

Really friendly service. used these guys 3 times now for various jobs, from simple fixes through to a pretty complicated issue we had with an old boiler. not the cheapest but by far more reliable than others we have used in the past (we own 3 houses in the area).

A really great service from all aspects. These people certainly know their stuff and have excellent social skills too. This is a plumber based firm, not a firm earning off the backs of plumbers. Potentially hazardous electrics were sorted too. In my case a they were a life saver!

We called out Sussex Plumbing and Heating for a gas leak and a suspicious smell of petrol in the kitchen. He was able to quickly find and fix the gas leak as well as determine what was causing the unrelated smell in the kitchen which I was very impressed with as it turned out to be something very obscure!

Polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend and would use again in a heartbeat!

emergency plumber was required due to my stupidity putting a nail through central heating pipe. My wife called Sussex Plumbing and Heating and they said they would be there within the hour and they were. Kenny who turned up was polite, calm and handled the situation professionally. Apart from fixing the damaged pipe, he bled and checked heating had no airlocks, removed light fitting ( he is also qualified electrician) and gave good sound advice. Said if there was any problems to let them know and they would return. However no problems and working all fine. Will keep his number for all future plumbing matters.

I called Sussex Plumbing after calling another "emergency number" who couldn't send someone out until midday the following day. Sussex Plumbing sent someone within an hour and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable cost. He was polite, explained things to me and made sure the jib was sorted. He even tightened a tap not related that he'd noticed was loose! Would definitely recommend and use again.

I had a weekend semi-emergency in the form of a leak in the pipe going into an electric shower.
From the initial call I made I knew I was in good hands.
Kenny was with me within the hour as he had said he would be. He quickly identified the problem, replaced the pipe, re-fitted the shower and made good.
Very thorough in his after checks making sure all was sound.
I was very pleasantly surprised at the cost for this emergency call out, and would highly recommend this outfit to anyone.
