I couldn't recommend Sussex Reflexology more. Not only is Helen fantastic at what she does, she is also very intuitive and understands how to respond to the needs of her clients. These sessions have been highly beneficial for my wellbeing. Helen is fantastically knowledgeable and a pleasure to know, making every session utterly enjoyable.

Her sessions are always calming and relaxing and have really helped me.

I went to see Helen during both of my pregnancies - I got a lot from the sessions and it helped alleviate anxiety about the birth and also water retention… it worked well in tandem with the Hypnobirthing course I was following. Thank you for all your help, Helen!

I decided to try reflexology to help my anxiety and Helen not only provided a calming and informative treatment but also followed up with helpful tips and information to manage stress and anxiety which she didn’t have to do. I feel like she really cares about my well-being and that is lovely to know.
I booked a reflexology session with Helen to enjoy some relaxation one evening, whilst 9 months pregnant. It was great that she could come to my house! She also shared lots of knowledge and tips for after the baby had arrived. Natural water birth, and I’m sure this helped me to relax in preparation.

I have arthritis in my fingers so was a little sceptical that reflexology would do me any good. But on the prompting of a friend I called Helen and I can honestly say my hands are so much better. The swelling as reduced and so has the pain - I really have no idea how it works but can say it definitely does. Also Helen is such a lovely person the hour spent with her is a pleasure.
