Just had 2 Aluminium tilt and turn windows changed. Great service! Was speedy with quote and VERY competitive. From order to install was only 5 weeks. Very friendly service and so easy going. Nothing was too much trouble and I never felt pressured in to purchasing. Sam and Luke came to fit the windows last week and did a brilliant job. Superb finish and they cleaned up afterwards. Would highly recommend!!! Thanks guys.

Our old property always throws up some unexpected issues but nothing phased Sam and his team. Communication throughout the project was great. The price quoted was the price we paid and the finished product was exactly what we’d hoped for.

Purchased the product through Lowe's and will not recommend going through them. I do love the product and had some initial issues with defects but I will say the repair technician has been extremely helpful and accommodating. Any company that can fix its mistakes in such a manner deserves to have repeat customers; I will be one.

Our sliding door is getting old and hard to open . It gradually got to the point where my disabled husband couldn't open it. Some of the bearings had fallen out. We contacted the company to come and fix it and they sent a technician out. Knowledgeable, pleasant, and thorough. He fixed the door in no time. You can open it with one finger. Thank you so much!!
