A worthy collaborator, always available with clear cooperation and assistance from the team involved in the installation, and more than excellent treatment.

I strongly advise avoiding this company. My experience has been extremely disappointing due to overcharging, subcontracting issues, and repeated misinformation. Martin consistently provided misleading explanations to justify why the agreed services were not delivered as promised.

The company failed to honour its own contractual terms and conditions. Despite paying in full, I waited over seven months for my MCS certificate. Obtaining a valid Electrical Certificate and Building Control notification was equally challenging and required persistent follow-up.

Update (03/01/2024): After numerous conversations with MCS directly and a year of false assurances from Sustainable Project Solutions (Martin), I finally secured my MCS certificate.

During this process, I discovered that I had overpaid by nearly £5,000. Sustainable Project Solutions acted as an intermediary, agreeing £12,000 with the subcontractor, who ultimately received only £4,000 out of the £16,000 I paid to Martin. This is wholly unacceptable.

Recommendation: Avoid where possible and do not settle any outstanding balance with this company until all required documentation, including the MCS certificate, has been provided. My experience highlights serious concerns about transparency and integrity.

Terrible company. Martin is a disaster to deal with. Constantly poor communication, very rude, and gives excuse after excuse. Claims all the problems are due to his supplier, and accepts no responsibility himself, despite the supplier doing all the work and being very helpful. But he takes all the money. Still waiting for my MCS certificate 6 months after installation.

After receiving a range of quotes for our Solar and Battery project, we opted to go with SPS.
The solar surveyor that visited the property was extremely friendly and knowledgable. We ended up purchasing an optimised solar system and a larger storage battery.
After waiting an extra two weeks for the stock to arrive, the installers that turned up were excellent. Explained what was planned before starting work. Neat and tidy.

I really like the software that allows me to see exactly what my solar system is generating down to each panels performance.

Would reccommend this company.
