Excellent service from start to finish. Colum was professional, knowledgeable, and kept us informed throughout the whole process. The installation was completed to a very high standard, everything was left clean and tidy, and we’re delighted with the end result. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Colum and the team. Five-star service!

My installation has failed. I reported this two weeks ago. Many promises to call back, all did not materialise. They seem unwilling to visit and honour the warranty.

Very good communication of what was happening and when. Installers, scaffold and electricians all turned up when they said they would. Very easy to contact and talk to someone when needed. Can’t fault them, would recommend.

We were kept updated by Sustain and individual staff members throughout the installation process. Any queries were dealt with quickly and thoughtfully giving consumer confidence.

Easy to deal with

Sustain installed two batteries in my property last year and I was very pleased with the service. This year I decided to add solar panels to the system and contacted them for a quote which I accepted.
Unfortunately it took over a month to arrange the survey and some follow up queries that resulted also took quite a few weeks to conclude.
But the installation coordinators were very helpful and efficient at progressing. The guys that put up the scaffolding arrived within their allocated time and did well putting it up in excessive heat. Similarly the solar panel installers arrived two days later on time and did a great job installing them to my existing system within about 5 hours, again in extremely hot conditions. Very neat and tidy.
Very pleased with the installation and the addition of the panels to my system which are working as expected.

I found all the staff i spoke to before, dur6and after installation to be polite and helpful,making the whole process as easy for me as possible. The installation team worked in the extreme heat and I was very thankful for their effort.

Superb solar & battery installation, working well. Also really good follow up care when I wanted to add battery capacity and when there were minor problems to fix.

After what was initially a problematic solar battery installation, which resulted in numerous phone calls with Sustain Homes, they eventually arranged for a different engineer to attend. The issues were promptly rectified to our satisfaction, and we were happy with the final outcome.

impressed by the scaffolding installation an the guys who installed the panels on the roof despite the pouring rain.They even removed an unwanted tv Arial.
Surprised by the amount of electrical installation that was required.It was to late to discuss alternate ways of installing the equipment.Time will tell if this proves to be a big negative.

We are very pleased with our vailant heat pump installed by Jacob,Chris and Tyler.They were very patient and looked after our home with care. the hot water is fantastic and the new radiators look really nice.From survey to install and getting all the warranty paperwork Sustain has done brilliantly.Gas meter being removed by Octopus this week.Goodbye standing charge and dirty gas.

Superb, from the offer that gave us on cost right through to (and especially) the guys who installed the panels.

The service has been great and the communication has as well.

We are actually hoping to use them more to install additional panels!

Sustain were easy to deal with arrived when they said they would. Engineer discussed the best place for the charger to be located. Cleaned up after installation and explained how the unit worked. We were very impressed with the whole process. Highly recommended

The installation of our solar panels system was mostly excellent. Sadly the surveyor had suggested putting the battery in an area with insufficient clearance, but the electricians sorted that out . The other issue we had was the scaffolding was left in situ much longer than we had been told it would be. However, Maddie Draper was excellent and sorted this out efficiently, even communicating with us when she was away on annual leave . We really appreciated Maddie’s assistance. The solar panel system and app seems to be working well .

We needed a replacement solar panel for one that had been recently damaged. Response from the company was excellent with the work being carried out very efficiently and in a professional manner. The fitters were very courteous and efficient. We were extremely happy with the customer service and would recommend the company.
