Great customer service!
I ordered 2 sweatshirts on the 26th of June. They were dispatched with Amazon delivery. As usual Amazon just dumped the package outside my front door (apparently) needless to say they were not there when I checked. I contacted Sutsu who were great and have arranged replacements with a different courier. If only all companies dealt with issues as quickly and efficiently. Thanks Guys!

Fabulous company
It’s very rare you find a company that’s as committed to their customers as Sutsu. Nothing has been too much trouble for them. This was my first purchase but definitely won’t be my last.

Cord shorts
Ordered a pair of corduroy shorts, the quality is great, they fit true to size, not too long not too short and really comfortable to wear. Worth every penny!

Issues with the order but got there in the end
I placed an order for 5 items for a holiday and received all at once. 3 items were great but one shirt I had been sent the wrong size and one I wanted to exchange the size on already had a smell of body spray/aftershave mixed with another unpleasant smell. Sutsu kindly advised I could donate the shirts to charity and I received 1 correct replacement but another wrong size was sent and had to be complained about before I finally had my order complete. I do appreciate the steps Sutsu took to rectify the situation but I’ll keep the 3* review as it was too late for me to take my other 2 shirts on holiday and an inconvenience on the back and forth to get sorted.

I am hoping you have seen our emails to you in regard to your order when you initially emailed us which we alway request customers to do as we are always happy to help as soon as we are notified via our web chat service or via email. We are, as I mentioned in my emails with you a very small independent brand and sometimes we accidentally have a human error come into play and we accidentally send the incorrect size. As soon as we are notified by a customer on email we will organise the correct item for the customer. In regard to the other t-shirt, that should not have been sent to you as I mentioned and that has been rectified also as you know from our emails. We have shipped replacements to you as communicated in the size ordered and new t-shirt which were delivered by Royal Mail tracked for you I emailed you yesterday to see if you had received them. be great to hear back if you have received them. I wish you a lovely day and thank you for your patience while we had items updated and replaced for you.
Update - Hi Robert, Thank you for your updated response. I am sorry for the error and we did not quite get the replacements made in time for your holiday. As items are made to order and we do not hold stock due to being a sustainably run brand we do our very best to try and accommodate customers timings. The smell
The smell! I know they call this out on their website, but it was so strong I had to wash them before first wear. And then you lose that new t-shirt feeling. Lovely designs though.

Always great designs, great fit and great fabrics. My current go-to spot for casual clothing. Just picked up an awesome hat (Dawn Patrol Ranger Cap), awesome shape and design. Not much more to say. Go buy one. Might grab another in another colour.

Great Company.
Having previously been gifted a sweatshirt which I love, I was keen to order a t-shirt too. My wife bought me one for my brirthday at my request and am very pleased with it. As I now know the size and fit are great for me I'll be getting another couple for my upcoming summer holiday.
Also, as I work for a B-Corp registered business who are also signed up to Ecologi, buying from a like-minded ethical company was a no brainer.

Great eco choice
I've bought a few t shirts from Sutsu and they're great. Good quality and fit. have a had a few comments re the designs. Stands out from the crowd.
Being made to order is amazing, and I have never come across another company that is so transparent. One of my favourite go to brands for sustainable clothes.

Sutsu tricked me into buying a…
Sutsu tricked me into buying a sweatshirt by advertising a picture of a sweatshirt I liked - and then sending me a sweatshirt with a completely different fit. They admit that the picture on the website doesn't depict the sweatshirt I received - it's just not good enough! Now they keep spamming me with e-mail ads even though I asked to unsubscribe. Bad experience.

Thanks for the review and am very sorry that you feel "tricked" into a purchase and that what you received was not as expected. Since the 17th Feb we have a clearly stated pink box showing that the fit of the garment has changed and to advise customers to review their sizing accordingly. We have also sent a number of emails to you offering to replace your received garment with a slimmer fit replacement free of charge. At the time of writing this response we have not received a response to these offers. As for the email marketing, we are not spamming you as that would be illegal and there is an option on the bottom of every email to unsubscribe which you hadn’t done (we have done this on your behalf). It is disappointing that we couldn’t resolve your frustration but our offer still stands to make good on your expectations.

Great company and lovely products!
What a lovely company and what lovely products. A jumper I ordered was too small and they exchanged for a larger as soon as I provided proof of postage back to them. Such a refreshing and great idea, and the new size fits me perfectly. Have already had a number of comments wearing it. Just a pleasure ordering from them from start to finish, love the company's ethos and mission about the quality of their products and the tree planting is a nice bonus. Can't recommend highly enough! Before the order was sent they noticed that one or two of the items I ordered didn't match with the sizes on the rest of my order. This was an error on my part when placing the order that I hadn't noticed. The customer service is like nothing I have experienced before and has made this such a positive process! The clothes themselves fit brilliantly and were exactly as I expected
