This is not an insurance company, this is a scam. They don’t reply to email, you can t even have a meeting with someone, they don t even call you back despite several messages via phone, send you generic letters not answering any questions, I have been calling and calling, talking to standard people totally useless etc…for months. Scam or dishonest company, for sure unprofessional. I can t say anything better than this.
