We ordered a table tennis table. We have emailed and tried to call finding the number false on the website.

Also interesting if you look on the company house it is a different company name completely.

Hoping that they contact and resolve this.

I cannot fault any part of the service I received. I purchased one Ollie Watkins shirt framed to start with and within an hour I had uploaded the photos and wording required, and had it approved at the other end. A day later I spotted another shirt I wanted - so as they hadn’t dispatched the first shirt to be framed so they did me a deal on the second shirt.
Both shirts were with me 9 days later. (And this was their “standard” service.

Both items were shown to me before delivery to approve and both were exceptional quality once delivered.

I will definitely use them again.

So bad customer service, item not arrived, also seems that the SM manager prefer to communicate with random people regarding their interests than answer to the order questions. Never will order again from them, also be careful if you are interested in this.

Incredibly offensive and vulgar language, called me a c@nt and a poor beg asking for handouts after I questioned one of his prices for being high. Then blocked me, not a professional at all. Has now threatened me by stating they shall go to my address with potential threats of violence from their partner.

Terrible Customer Service.
Ordered a top, that has been delivered after 4 weeks. No communications at all as i emailed for an update. Now I cannot get through to them.
They have blocked my emails I think.
What are you supposed to do?

Shocking service. I dont know where they are buying shirts from. The shirt quality is truely awful and nothing like an official licensed product. They will not acknowledge any emails/messages or posts on twitter page. In fact they have deleted every post and blocked me.
Avoid this seller.
The seller has replied. I am an honest man who bought a shirt for his 9 year old son. I gave an honest review and yet suzesport.com complained and stated that I had left derogatory comments. They have ignored my messages and blocked me. So, how is the actions of a jealous company?
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. THEY DO NOT LIKE THE TRUTH.

Says a lot about you and your company if you have to revert to insults.
Why dont you do the decent thing and offer a refund for selling dodgy shirts????

They have offered a refund, if I supply order number. If they sent me on with the shirt then I could. They know the shirt was ordered via twitter through email.

I do not have an order number. The token offer could well be due to me contacting trading standards
