Ordered two tiffin boxes from suziebidlake.com and they have just arrived. The boxes themselves are beautiful, they were very well (and nicely) wrapped and came with a handwritten note from Suzie.
A lot of the larger suppliers could do with a lesson in Customer Care from Suzie !
