I was very satisfied by the customer service, my clothes was returned after the delivery failed to send them, when I contacted the customer service, they offered to do a 1 to 1 replacement, in the end, the clothes arrived safely. The shirt is cool and what I like is that the detergent smell stays a long time making the shirt smell good and comfy.

They are what they say they are
They are what they say they are! Recieved my order fast and the material is silky soft, thick and durable. The graphics are cool and are inked on, not this ironed on crap that crack and peel. Do yourself a favor and order from this company, you wont regret having these tee’s in your wardrobe!

I didn’t know what to expect. This is for my first purchase from Suzushii Clothing. The items came fairly quick, were exactly as ordered, and were as high quality as claimed. They are great in hot temperatures, breathability is high. The fabric is very soft, thick, and comfortable. The images on the shirts seem to be very high quality. I wear them mostly when riding a motorcycle, and their qualities have benefitted me a lot for that type of use. I would definitely give them a shot if it’s your first time. I’ll be going back for another purchase 100%.

Wow wow wow, just on customer service alone these guys get 5 stars.
So here’s the story. When ordering my shirt I foolishly forgot to add my apartment number while entering my address upon checkout. After I confirmed my order I signed up to track my order ( nice feature by the way) I noticed that I forgot to add my apartment number. Time went by failing to correct my mistake, so I reached out to customer service which wasn’t a maze to find or use it was convenient. Anyway I emailed them trying to update my address their them reached out immediately and within 2 emails my problem was solved.
5 star service.

Quality is bar none, I've never worn sucha well made t-shirt. This isn't your "canv* crap from shopif*"This is top notch threads. Service was 5 stars, my order didn't come in timely and they were right on it. Response time was quick and options available within a day or two.
