Worth a try for Men?

The exercises are good, the guidance is good within the general coaching but there is so much emphasis on the "female" perspective of the app and the resulting emails that I wonder as a male do these work for me. Luckily I found a Coach on YouTube that has exercises that I can continue on my 20 Min Walk days while I still give the structured program a try. Also the tracking on the app does not track my exercise activity in the programs but tracks me opening the APP. Just some minor points but the program is better when supplemented by YouTube resources. I believe persistence will pay off.

The One and Done program is great

The One and Done program is great. I just didn't like the bombardment of texts and emails I received to buy more products. I even clicked on one just to see what it was, and I was auto enrolled and charged for it with a second OK. That's why I don't like that they can charge it to my card without my approval. I called and they took care.of it right away, which was nice. They are very helpful in all situations.

Great exercise programmes for everyone

This is a great progressive exercise programme with demos for each exercise and online progress. I don't like the hard sell of all the other stuff though......

One and Done has got me moving again!…

I'm very happy with the Svelte training One and Done program. I think that's going to be enough for me to continue making progress I only need to lose a few pounds and make myself keep moving so this is perfect for me. I love the extras from Coach Gaby and have subscribed to her YouTube channel to get more unique workouts to keep my interest. Thanks for getting me off the treadmill and into some more fun and productive workouts.

I just got an email that I purchased…

I just got an email that I purchased another program for $70 and I did NOT purchase anything else, other than the $30 initial program on March 29th.

I should have known this was a scam. Refund my $70 and never send me any more emails begging for more money. You're taking advantage of people who were looking for help. Shame on you.

happy so far !

I'm happy so far but I haven't been able to maintain consistency since I'm traveling right now. I'm looking forward to getting home next week and getting more work in. The workouts I have done I have enjoyed especially the coaching.

Excited for this program

I just started the program and already love it. Short workouts, high impact. Low impact on the body but I feel the muscles working and was sore the next day!

The workout videos are amazing

The workout videos are amazing. Very informative and detailed on how to do each exercise. Would like there to be like a way to know which video to do like on day 1 workout and then the next video would say day 2 of workout. That would help out alot.

Great workouts

I really like the workouts and I'm amazed that being only 10 minutes total, I can feel it in different areas. I have a gym in my garage, but due to injuries and surgeries I haven't been to work out in a while. I was looking for a program to start out slow and easy when I came across Svelte. Exactly what I was looking for, and a couple of weeks in I've already lost 4 lbs, which is a plus. The communication is great as well and, I'm a fan.

If you want to get 6 emails a day trying to sell you something or give you info on something you’re not interested in, then join Svelte training. I’m spending so much time unsubscribing from their emails. Wish I had never joined.

What happened to closing the deal?

I waded thru the 40-min sales promo YouTube video for ONE & DONE WORKOUT (too long, too repetitive), got to the end, decided to give it a go, clicked on link, only to get a pop-up page that read "Saving a place(?) for you" that had count-down digits at top right of page.
This counted down for a FURTHER 10 min.
I knitted while waiting.
Got to 05-04-03-02... & "pop-up:
"We no longer have a place for you." No further instruction, no link. Great sales technique - whatever happened to 'closing the deal'? Now feeling I've wasted almost an hour of my (Easter) Sunday, & so fed up, I'm no longer inclined to buy.

Great workouts

I really like the exercise videos and the warmups. Since I walk every day for 4-5 miles, I decided to just move to the next day exercises on the walk days. So far, I'm extremely happy with the workouts and the results.
