Great and honest customer support
I update my previous review (see below).
After discussion with the customer support, they discovered that there was a configuration problem on their side resulting in not sending the mails properly to my mail address.
They were honest and admitted that the problem was on their side, taking the cost of the renewal of my domain name.

Very expensive compared to other competitors. Furthermore, because I did not have my credit card registered on my account, they renewed automatically my domain and sent a faktura on paper that I had to pay even though I did not want to renew the service.
I did not receive any reminder before the end of the domain period.
Now, I would like to cancel my domain. And, in 2019, you still need to fill in a PDF form. Then, you need to sign, scan and send it to be able to cancel the service. On the other hand, you can buy a new service in a very short time, without the need of any signature neither PDF form.
A system to lure the customers! Very not recommendable.
When I cancelled one of my domain at another competitor's, I could simply cancel the domain via my profile information.
EDIT: Thank you for your answer. It is unfortunate that I did not get any reminder before the end of service. Getting just the bill as reminder was a little bit upsetting.
EDIT#2: While it seems that you did send reminders, I did not receive any of them. Did you get a confirmation that the mails have been received? I did check my junk mails, and all my deleted mails up to the end of December 2018. I cannot see any of these three mails. Please contact me via my e-mail to continue this discussion. We are sorry to hear that you were so unsatisfied. Unfortunately, there seem to have been some misunderstandings and it seems you haven’t received or missed the information we have sent you.
You registered the domain 2015 for free for the first year (Pirate domain campaign) and after that first period you were explicitly asked to activate the domain for further renewals in your customer account (which you did), you also had the option to enable/disable the extra service Safe Crediting. Safe Crediting (Funktionsgaranti) is a safety option we have put in place to make sure services stay up and running in case a customer forgets to renew their services or if their card for some reason can't be debited. Customers have the option to enable/disable Safe Crediting themselves via their Account.
Our system sends multiple reminders informing on upcoming renewals (starting 60 days before renewal date) and we also send information regarding activation of Safe Crediting whenever our system detects that the service can't be renewed with a card. You received three reminders emails in total, before the domain was renewed;

You can cancel a domain/hosting with us via email from your contact email or open a support ticket in your Account so the Cancellation form that you used is only one of three options. We really try to make this information clear, so we have also included it on our Knowledge Center. We are also working on an implementation that would make it possible to cancel services directly from the Customer Account in the future.
Regarding pricing; we have changed our pricing strategy (2016), today we sell domains at self-cost-price. Since your domain was registered earlier, it has a slightly higher price for renewal but it also includes DNS hosting and all administrative services in the price.
Again we are sorry that you have had this experience, and are here if there is anything we can do to help. Don’t hesitate to contact our support if we can assist you further or explain anything more clearly in regards to your account history. Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate the effort and we will as always go through our procedures to see if there is anything else we can do better.

I think it's a professional company and they always let you know before a subscription would renew itself so that you can decide if you wanna continue or not. Highly appreciated!
Domain prices are very good webhotel not so much as they sell a website builder with it. The 1100 kr professional price discounted sounds okay to me for a year but if it gets 2200 kr I would rather opt for another provider.

The Professional hosting package is discounted at 560 kr/year (renewal 800 kr/year) and offers hosting for several small businesses, blogs, or other dynamic sites, as well as email services. The Business package is discounted at 1 100 kr/year (renewal 2 200 kr/year) and includes multidomain hosting for complex e-commerce sites and applications with heavy traffic, as well as complete email solution for business!
