I was disappointed with the delivery…
I was disappointed with the delivery time. I chose your company over another based on promised delivery time. My purchase was delayed. I didn't receive any correspondence that the package was delayed. I had to contact you to see where it might be. It would be great if you would let the customer know if there is a delay.

Tack för ditt fina omdöme trots din erfarenhet. Vi har normalt en leveranstid på 1-3 dagar och tyvärr händer det ibland att Bring får en försening på grund av trafik, överfulla bilar eller annat. Tyvärr är detta inget vi har kontroll över eller är kunniga om. Kunden har alltid möjlighet att själv spåra leveransen med Track & Trace med paketnummer, som skickas ut till kunden i samband med paketering av varan. Vi är självklart ledsna över att lampan inte kom i tid till födelsedagen. Jag hoppas dock att lampan ger glädje.
