Delivered the wrong product, no one to speak to
They delivered the wrong product to my door. It was sent in two packages and I received only one return label so I am having trouble with the courier as well.
On top of that, it seems impossible to get in touch with an actual human, you are only faced with a stupid chatbot and a phone number that's not even possible to dial. Overall, very displeased with the customer service. I would not recommend this store

Placed an order 24.06.2025. Today, 13.08.2025. no email, no notification, nothing. Order not processed but I have all kind of other emails from site including asking me to review products I have purchased (except I did not). Edit: Received the items on 25.08.2025 (obviously sent immediately after my review and delivered in a week, what was wrong initially who knows). Too bad summer is almost over and have no use of the items till next hottish summer:(.
