Do not use them.

I cannot recommend Sandvika Rengjøringsbyrå based on my experience.

They arrived approximately one hour later than the agreed starting time. When they informed me that the cleaning was finished, I inspected the property and found that several areas included in the agreed cleaning had not been properly cleaned.

Despite arriving late and leaving work unfinished, I was subsequently charged for more time than originally agreed. I raised the issues immediately and provided documentation of the deficiencies.

Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward cleaning service has instead resulted in a prolonged dispute regarding the invoice.

Based on my experience, I would not use this company again.

The cleaning was rushed and inadequate, and the staff were very rude. The three female cleaners spoke to each other in their own language while laughing, sighing, and making faces right in front of me, even though I was being polite. They really did not care that they were behaving badly. That is simply unprofessional behavior and not at all what I expected from this company.
