Order not yet received. Very disappointing as the baby was due yesterday. Perhaps I may be given some idea of when I can expect delivery of my order

This swaddle is not made for babies that have moro reflex. It may be better for babies that are calm sleepers but my daughter is anything but. I would recommend that if you have a baby that is a very squirmy sleeper that you go with the Ollie instead. The other thing I am not a fan of with this swaddle are the arm holes, they are not easy to get babies arms into, overall it's a very difficult swaddle to use...I will say the material of the swaddelini is very nice but that is the only positive I could find.
They also don't do returns so you are stuck with a expensive swaddle that doesn't work.

It’s a great product, but one of the swaddlelinis I orders came with a hole in one of the arms.

My experience was great with ordering and receiving my item. It’s soft, cozy and looks so comfy. My baby girl hates wearing it. Maybe today is an off day, but she has not stopped crying since I put it on her.

Trust is broken and bad customer treatment. Let me explain. I used this product since my infant was 1 week old and we both were a big fan. He graduated from small to large size swaddelini. My son is on the bigger and heavier side so he needed the arms out quickly by the time he was 4 months he was already almost 19 pounds. I subscribed to swaddelini and always get updates and at this point they were always pushing emails about how flexible they are at customising their swaddelini with examples of babies in the NICU and babies with special needs and also on their website it mentioned that if a baby is more than 18 pounds to email them. At the time of purchase I emailed the customer service explaining that since my baby is bigger and heavier would it be possible to customise it to be a little bigger so it can last longer and that I would have a happy baby and get some sleep. I also have a toddler a 2 year old so it is very intense at night with both kids. I received a prompt reply but it wasn’t a good reply. It was just a cold reply saying they ”have no capacity”. Even though I was disappointed I didn’t have a choice. My son use it now and as I expected it’s quite tight on him and in a few weeks he’ll outgrow it… A few days after their email I received a promotion email for their adult version of swaddelini. I thought they must be joking right? I’m not sure how people in the USA does things but in Sweden it is kids first before adults. Why would an adult need to be soothe like a baby? In a plane flying at high altitude. It sounded ridiculous especially when they have CAPACITY to make an adult size swaddeli but don’t have CAPACITY for a 4 month old who really needs it. So since that day, my trust is broken. A garage start up has started acting like a faceless corporation with a cold reply of ”we have no capacity” when in fact they have capacity. Capacity to launch a new product for a different audience. I’m not asking for free things or free upgrades ä: if the customer service said hey you are going to pay for extra materials and size and customisation I don’t have a problem with that at all. A mom like me who is desperate for sleep will do anything for a little bit of an easier time with two kids at night. So the whole appearance of swaddelini as a friendly mom business started from the garage and also who got slot of support from other moms just does not do it for me anymore. I had a few friends who asked me but I didn’t promote it because I didn’t believe in it anymore. You lost me. And maybe some. Thank you.

The website doesn’t list when something is out of stock until you are checking out. Had to try a few different options before I could checkout with one in stock. When I texted the contact number, they did not do anything to help except to confirm they were out of stock. I would suggest going more above and beyond to push a sale… maybe share which ones are in stock/help redirect or simply ask how else they could help. Instead, made me feel like a burden.

The swaddelini has been great! I mainly purchased it for bedtime since my baby recently had eye surgery and I didn’t want her to run her eye in the middle of the night. The fabric is soft and stretchy. Overall this product has been a game changer for sleep too which I know is what its main purpose is.

I ordered it for a friend, fast shipping (even abroad) and product exactly as seen in the videos!

The Swaddelini has become my go to baby shower gift. Moms absolutely love it.
