A competitive quote was provided the same day as the survey. The windows, fascia and door were fitted just over a week later. The installers were polite, hard working and completed the job to a very high standard.
Overall we are extremely pleased with Swadlincote Windows.

We used Swadlincote windows for what we thought would be a simple warranty transfer, and the whole experience was terrible

Firstly, you have to deal with the rude and abrupt receptionist. After 2 cancelled visits, they turn up at totally the wrong time. After their inspection there is damage to our windows, which we reasonably question, especially as the person visiting tells us exactly how that damage would happen! We then receive threatening emails asking to withdraw our ‘allegations’. We have requested a refund, and they have flatly refused….as the person deciding this is the same person who visited – wow! …… ummm…That sounds fair!. We have no option now but to take legal action, for something that could have been very easily resolved with even average customer service

There are lots of window fitters out there, and my advice, is avoid this lot, as dealing with them has been shocking.

From our first visit to the showroom to the final cleaning of the installed windows we had nothing but a brilliant service. All our requirements were met by the sales team and then the windows and doors were professionally installed. Thank you to all at Swadlincote Windows

Had a stable door replaced with a nice new UPVC door, as well as a new fascia fitted to a bay window and some gutter maintainence. Received a fantastic service from start to finish and couldn't be happier.

By far the easiest and most professional company I’ve ever dealt with. All the way from quotes to the finished product. Good price, no hidden costs. Tim came to do a survey Thursday and the windows were fitted by Monday. The men who came to fit the windows were lovely (I think it was Ian and Paul) quick, efficient and left absolutely no mess at all.
We had a very minor scratch on one pane of glass that the team came back to correct less than 48hrs later no hassle.

We had patio doors fitted by Swadlincote Windows 7 years ago and one had started to leak with the awful rain we have had lately. We rang the company who were very understanding and told us someone would be out as soon as possible. The following day two very pleasant and professional fitters arrived and were able to address the problem promptly and efficiently.They also looked at a problem we had been having with the ease of the doors sliding and were able to remedy the problem. We can’t praise the fitters, Paul and Alan enough. They even cleaned our doors when they had finished. We are very impressed with this after sales service and highly recommend the company

Very pleased with my job quote. Once I accepted the quote and I’d paid my deposit the planning team were soon in touch to book in a date. This date was then brought forward re my garage door being delivered sooner than was expected which was great. The job was done in one day and I’m very pleased with the outcome. After having a new back door fitted, we began to experience problems with the lock and the door closing correctly. After numerous attempts at trying to track down the original fitter, with no luck, we decided to ring Swadlincote Windows for help. They arranged for two fitters to visit our property. After accessing the door, they were able to correct the problem in a short period of time. The two fitters were well mannered and friendly and were a credit to the company. Thankyou Kev and Aran.

Ref job - 229101 The Orchard 68, Ashby Road, Woodville. From the point of the survey, measurement of windows, selection of type of window etc. All work was performed excellently, on acceptance of contract things moved very fast, our windows are fitted and complete, within 1 month, the fitting of the windows was immaculate, very professional, everything done exactly as it should be, no expense spare, no corners cut. I have recently had a new conservatory roof installed and the window glass changed to heat resistant glass.
Everything about the process was great, there was no hard sell after the initial quote, the men who installed it were professional,friendly,very hard working and were very careful with existing fixtures and fittings. Everything happened on the day and time I’d been told.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

Got in touch with swad windows for a quote. Andy Came and measured up and they gave me a very reasonable price. They were very quick for an installation date, and promptly came along and fitted the new back door and adjoining window, and made a cracking job with little fuss.
