I would like to leave positive feedback regarding Swadlincote Windows.

Not only are the prices competitive but I have found that the post-installation support is excellent.

I had a number of windows fitted in 2018 and 2019, but Swadlincote Windows servicing team have recently helped with a minor maintenance job as part of the guarantee/warranty.

It’s reassuring that a company genuinely supports their customers after installation.

Chris and his team did an excellent job on putting new doors and windows in our conservatory over the last two days. They were tidy, helpful and a pleasure to have at our house.
From the quote to the finish of the job everything went really well.

From the initial first call to the installation the service we received was impeccable.
They fulfilled all my expectations & the installers were so friendly , clean & tidy working at all times . They made a great neat job so big thanks to them Dave & Matt.

Swadlincote windows couldn’t be better! They are fabulous workers who did a great job , and what’s more cleaned up so well afterwards that you wouldn’t have known they had been here. ( apart from the fact the stairs were cleaner than when the arrived!)
There was one small problem that I had and they sorted it out before the day was out. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Very efficient team, arrived promptly, carried out work with minimum disruption. All work areas cleaned after completion. No pressure sales, would definitely recommend Installation was for doors and windows.
Kept well informed on delivery and fitting times.

Excellent service from start to finish. Really impressed with the quailty and finish. The fitters arrived on time and did a brilliant job, everything was left clean and tidy. This is the second time I have used Swadlincote Windows and no doubt I will use them again.

This is the forth time we have used Swadlincote Window Company and once again from the start to finish they have been superb, this time was soffits, fascia's and new gutters and the job was perfect and I am really fussy. A special thanks to the fitters Simon and Andy who were fantastic. REF 228484

After having the fascias and soffits replaced on one side of the house five years ago, this week we had the same team from Swadlincote Windows to replace the other side. They were very pleasant and did a good job. Whenever I have spoken with the people in the showrooms, in Swad, they have also been friendly and professional. Based on the two lots of work they've done for us, I would recommend Swadlincote Windows as a reputable company.

Absolutely brilliant.....at the start.
Be aware that after installation they will ask for a large part of the bill to be paid (even offering a slight reduction for doing so) before the last few bits are finished.
Once you have paid this the service then goes dramatically downhill. To the point where they just completely ignore all emails.
We paid everything except £2000 and now we are left with a half finished, not fit for purpose (in fact contrary to building regulations) bodge job that we cannot get rectified. And radio silence from Swadlincote Windows.
Add to this the damage they caused to the property whilst making the installations (which they tried to cover up with furniture) and catching one of their employees smoking inside my house then my only advice would be AVOID.

The fitters that came to fit rear door and frame were very pleasant they did a brilliant job of fitting it ,asked me to check there work and explained how the internal blind worked, would highly recommend Swadlincote windows.

SWL got of to a fantastic start with a very helpful sales visit, a quick quotation at a very competitive price. The fitters were excellent and did a great job. They went above and beyond with the installation. I have no negatives to say about the company, the fitters or the product. I recommend them highly.

We recently had our conservatory roof replaced with glass. Chris and his team were fantastic, complete professionals.
Very tidy and efficient, they worked without complaint during the hottest time of the year. A credit to the company!
We are very pleased with the finished product and would highly recommend them.

From the outset Swadlincote Windows were informative and efficient allowing me to make an informed decision. Communication was excellent throughout. The workmanship was first class. On completion, our home was left clean and tidy with no redecoration needed. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
